Dreamwalking is a level up from regular dreaming, because it can be validated as paranormal, especially when both people remember sharing the same dream, and when one person purposefully visited the other by using control and techniques.

I had a book on dreamwalking once, and I did what it said do, and I visited the other person, but when I woke up, they told me they didn't remember anything happening.  This makes me think either I'm doing something wrong, or maybe the author is wrong, and I should find another source of information on the subject, or try to teach myself a new method...

Has anybody here had much success with dreamwalking?  If so, what were your methods?

What you are talking about sounds more like an etheric projection to me. What was the technique you used and what was the experience like? Were you lucid dreaming?
"the lower, earthly human being and the upper, mystical human being, in which the Godhead is manifested as shape, belong together and are unthinkable without one another."

Here's the method I used:
While I was asleep, I realized I was dreaming.  So I decided to go visit my boyfriend out of state.  I found a door and stood on one side and concentrated on my boyfriend's bedroom.  I told myself that when I passed through the door, I would be in his bedroom.

So then, I walked through the door, and I was in some weird place I've never been before.

I found another gate then, and I tried again.  When I went through the gate, I was in his bedroom.  He was sleeping in a weird position.  He didn't have the blanket over him, and he was glistening from sweat.  I walked toward him, and he saw me and jumped up and gasped in suprise.  He ran toward me and embraced me.  I told him I was dreamwalking, and he said "You don't gotta tell me, I know."  And then, I asked him questions about his family and sister, and dad, to make sure he was real, and not my imagination.  He passed my test.

We started making out then.  We fooled around, and the adrenaline rush from the pleasure woke me up.

Later that day, I called him and asked him what he dreamed.  He said, "I don't remember."

I already found a different method that I think would work better... here it is:
I found this method online on Geocities.... I liked it, and plan on giving it a shot tonight =)  Here's the steps:

1.) Lucid Dream
2.) Envision a dream bridge.  Picture yourself on one side and the dreamer you wish to visit on the other.  If the person doesn't form on the other side, it means they are either:
- not asleep
- not in a REM state where dreaming occurs
- has some serious dreaming of their own to do
3.)  Once the person forms on the other side, slowly walk across the bridge and meet them in the middle.  Look and see if the person sees you.  If they smile and allow you to take their hand, you will be a welcome participant in their dream.
4.)  If they ignore you, then it's unwise to enter... (mind rape!! lmao)

***Dreamwalking requires much energy because you are projecting yourself psychically.  Astral travelers can take in energy throughout the entire experience, but dreamwalkers only have the amount of energy that they came in with....Remember that....***

What is an etheric projection???

If you tell the other person that they are dreaming and try and get them to astrally project with you do u think it will happen?

It depends on how you do it... I tried it already but it didn't work.  Dougie told me that his chest was hurting bad that morning when I tried that, but I don't know if it's 'cause of me?

Most people have a desire to tell dream characters they are dreaming, but It won't work, because dream characters are imaginary.

You have to pass through a gate from your dream to their dream, you know you're doing it right, because the feel of the dream will be a lot different from your own, and because the other person will remember and share the same dream with you.  I'm trying to learn to do this, so me and my bf (who lives in a different state from me) can spend time together while we're apart.

So far, I've gotten a bunch of almost hits.  Like one time, we both dreamed of railroad tracks as our dream environment.  And one time, he was woken up by a sound from my dream while I was lucid.

There's not much literature on the subject of dreamwalking.  The stuff I read from Michelle Bellenger's book wasn't working for me,.... so i'm pretty much having to teach myself through trial and error, which is taking a while.  I think it's easier than astral projection, because you don't have to worry about the vibration pain, or having trouble moving around where you want, or getting jerked back into your body when you're not ready to. I like obe too, but to me, dreamwalking is less of a hassle.  =P
