Now I know not everything you see in the Astral or phase is truth? Depending on your thought perceptions when ur there! If you fear a demon... HMMMM.... you will welcome something to look just like you fear or create if you will... to look as such?
well... seems to me... if this is 100 percent truth... why go? There is no truth there! its all a mind Screw! You are making it a dream yourself! Whether AWAKE or not!

Now... just food for thought was my title... I DON'T believe this is true at all! However, it seems most want to play on both sides of the fence! like a Grey area that makes everyone one comfy. If its a bad thing its your mind in fear! if its a good thing... maybe you seen something! and if it dont come to pass... you fell back into LD! That is why it didn't happen in life... even a year after what you saw! why go if you dont grow is my question!

OK.. I KNOW i am swatting a hornets nest! AND EXPECT a response! which would be good for everyone!

I will state clearly right now... I AM A SOUL MAN! (Blues Brothers... GREAT SONG!) HAHAHAHAHA! and believe that your Inner man (spirit) resonates a frequency to your soul (mind power) to elevate awareness. Proof yet? No... only exited once and really haven't tried since as of now... planning on tonight.

one thing isn't clicking here... if you can fabricate in the phase... which i know u can!!!!! without a Spirit (third level of being) it is fruitless! there is no part of you to discern the truth! Will your mind who fabricated it know? ABSOLUTELY not! PLEASE Don't say the body! WE ALL KNOW ITS A SHELL!

And if there is a third level (spirit man)... and we are not projecting from there... which I am 100 percent convinced we cant without dying...is it possible to gain truth? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can!

I'm not gonna lie, some of your post confuses me, but it's not your fault. I still have a lot of learning and understanding to do. Anywho, much of what I've seen in the astral has intrigued me. I don't believe the astral is a simple matter of truth, but if that were one's biggest concern, the astral is a place to explore and it's up to the projector to understand whether what they're experiencing are manifestations of their mind or if what they're perceiving has some objective existence. I for one have experienced enough to believe that I'm not being "mind-screwed", but if that were the case, I've still learned a whole lot about myself from it. As for the silver cord, maybe the cord is a image manifestation showing the connection between your physical body & your spiritual or energy body. I don't even know if I'm answering your questions, so please correct me if I'm not

No... i am not questioning whether travel is truth! just the means of discerning! Basically... if your traveling thru mind only... how is the PULL back to the shell possible,  a stronger force always wins in physics. Basically, Phasing proves a third level of existence... thats my insight. ALso... is it your mind making sense of the experience or the real you? This part that pulls you home (body)? Just looking for a response... not answers.

ahh okay I understand more. you say that a stronger force always wins in physics, but there is still much that is unknown to us in physics. i know that people have talked about how you really never truly leave your physical body when you project. a few times that i have projected, it's like i was in two places at once. most of what i was perceiving was from my spiritual body, but at the same time i could still hear what was going on around my physical body. perhaps someone could clarify and explain it more thoroughly.

If you experience something then is it not real or "true" to you? Everything in the astral or any other focus is as real and true as everything that you see around you here in the physical. I feel it would be more beneficial to loose the notions of "true" and "false" or any sense of duality when attempting to AP, Phase, OOBE whatever you do. Everything IS.

I believe that if you go and don't "grow" then it's because you don't realize the implications of what is happening. In reality we don't "grow", we just expand our awareness of self; we start to realize that we are a lot more than just these bodies.

You can indeed create in the phase, just as you can in the astral. What makes you think that you aren't co-fabricating this physical reality with the rest of us here simply by observing it? We create, that's what we do. Look at the world around you if you need more evidence of this. I'm not sure where you got the term "third level of being", but I just want to clarify that your physical body here in this physical reality is a 3-dimensional being, and the same energy that makes up the matter that is your body is what I guess I would call "spirit". So for me your body is just an exponentially small part of "spirit" that has condensed into what we call matter. Separation to me is an illusion that we are being fed by our sense organs. Phasing/AP/OOBE/LD and the like are tools to help us realize this.

What is the difference between us and the dead besides where our primary focus of awareness is? This is why phasing is a handy tool in my opinion, because when you learn to "fine tune" your focus it can take you into other amazing aspects of awareness that aren't easily accessible to an awareness confined to this physical reality stuck in a dualistic mindset.

Physics only exists in this physical reality, hence the name physics. It has no hold over anything you do in any other form of awareness unless you consciously intend it to be so (creating it into being). This is why you can fly and walk through walls. In these forms of awareness you are not comprised of physical matter.  Also like I said we already exist in the 3rd "level" or dimension; that is what you are experiencing now. A higher level of existence though sure.

The way you put it sounds about right: "become aware of". Become aware that he is you and you are him. You are one in the same, and therefore never separate no matter if you are focused here in the physical or in the astral or wherever you might be.

Singularity. You are everywhere One fun thing to do when in focus 21 is to intend on focusing awareness into multiple "locations" (of self, really). It's a very bizarre thing to have two experiences that appear to be seamlessly simultaneous. It doesn't seem all that bizarre in the phase itself, but when you remember it here in the physical the brain kind of clocks it as two separate events and you remember them separately, but you remember that you experienced them simultaneously so the memories just kind of "feel" not right.

Interesting comments... my goal is to find consistency in Phasing... I am prodding to find something that is useful is all! I feel if there truly is a third layer within us (spirit) and the soul is projecting in the phase (emotions, thought and brain power) than maybe there is a clue to making it a regular occurrence.

What i hang my hat on is my Fathers Near death experience! he flat lined and I believe he had this third layer leave (spirit). Bending thought from a phase and comprehending it is hard enough... just digging for nuggets!

I truly believe that the Spirit of ones self is the anchor that pulls you back... if so... its really the second layer that projects! if this is true... this makes a world of difference in PHASING! A true separation of soul and spirit is necessary to download the info correctly. now I know I am too deep for some to understand... but everyone thinks the SOUL is the person! You know... religion saying your soul needs saved, this is a lie! Its the spirit man... this third layer! Phasing has never caused a Flat line but twice in a 1000 yrs! This is people Phasing! so its rare... Near Death Experience... ALL FLAT LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOA!!!!!!!!!!! and return. A different experience in its self! Does this not promote a third layer within us? if No... why? and if it does... will this information be useful? I think it would!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This makes no difference in phasing. Phasing is simply a shift of focus (hence "focus levels"), nothing more. It's that simple. Separation does not happen in the phase. Phasing is consistent if you realize the nature of the phase. You are still viewing things as separate, and this only leads to paradox after paradox. Take a step back and look at the bigger picture and these things will start to click into place.
