How do i astral project?

For maybe a year i have had this supernatural energie and side of me and i can activate it but do not know what to do with it...

Kraven Obscuria was correct, there are a LOT of posts on various techniques for OBEs in that forum. In fact, its basically dedicated to methods for OBE and phasing, although I think OBE techniques dominate the forum.

Did you read any of the posts in that forum?
