alright! this is for everybody who has a great desire to AP!
Calling all newbies like me! we need to learn more about the vibratory state and how to access it, so any newbie who have a desire to learn you came to the right thread!

Please somebody, ANYBODY tell us how to access vibration! i have had an obe before in my sleep, but i have never before done it conciously! so i ask you: HELP

1. Wake up ~2 hours earlier than usual
2. Stay awake for 15-30 minutes
3. Go back to bed
4. Relax
5. Wait
I don't do much, and I do it well.

Well, to me, it always happened suddenly. Others might experience it differently.

If you want to see what the vibrations are like, you'll have to stay conscious, yes.
I don't do much, and I do it well.

Alright, i feel the need to post a reply again. Don't worry Major Tom :-)

Whenever i try that " waking up early " trick, i just feel terribly hungover, and when i go sit on the couch to try to get into a trance i just feel cold and uncomfortable and i just want to go to bed. I feel like an idiot so i just go back to bed. Maybe it works for some people, but definitely not for me....

Here is what works best for me.

When my girlfriend works an early shift and i work a late one ( we are both working in a hospital ) she always wakes me up to say goodbye. I'm usually in my last cycle of sleep anyway, so most of the time she wakes me up in the middle of a dream.

So here it comes : When i go back to sleep, i just picture the last place I've been at in the dream VERY CLEARLY when falling asleep. Most of the time I'll dream the same dream again, but this time with more  consciousness, or lucidity, whatever you call it. I can then control my dream. Then i simply increase clarity ( just by asking or demanding, works fine ! ) and I AP.

I don't always have vibes, and I'm not sure it's an actual projection every time or if it's something internal. It is always very cool and very easy to do, though, so i try it a lot.

Don't expect any method to work on the first tries. You might have to use them for weeks until you get results. Just don't let it demotivate you, because eventually they will work.

i tried to do veccelo's but something went horribly wrong!

i made very sure to set my alarm clock, and i did,  but when i got up it was so weird! my clock read 2 hours and 28 mins early and the alarm had changed, so i was late instead :s

If 2 hours earlier is ... well, too early, try 1 hour, or 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Even if you fall asleep while attempting to get to the vibrational state, you will still have a much higher chance (25 to 50 percent, afaik) to get normal lucid dreams, which you can also turn into a projection.

Ooo!  That's what I did the very first time I got the vibrational state (ages ago and I haven't gotten it since), I was falling asleep and it just happened!  Well, I'm glad I finally realized where I went right!

At night is when alot of people AP,
this trick is just staying awake instead of just falling asleep. But its not exactly that simple.  I'd recomend you buy RB's book Astral Dynaimcs.  It is worth the money and covers many, many things.

Google is your best friend.

So is this forum.

But honestly, Astral dynamics is the way to go. Ask your parents to buy it for you, its a book, and you are learning.  It will answer I bet 99% of the questions you have.
