What is the rope technique?  Is it the one where you imagine you are climbing a rope higher and higher until you leave your body?  If not how is it done?

It's a matter of having strong enough vibrations, keep going and build up the vibrations until you're out. Latina_Diva has said that it helps to move the vibrations up and down and all through your body, that probably helps to break you free.

I did the method of staring at an object until your eyes close and you still see the object, then you get vibrations but what do you do after you get vibrations (with this or any method)?  The Brim Triangle Methond worked for me until the distortion part I didn't know what to do after that part and how to do it; does any know what to do and how?
