It's possible to visualise someplace, then AP into it.  It's called phasing.

In the Astral, thought=action=reality.  It is a double edged sword, as people tend to bring their fears with them as well.

Difficult?  No clear answer, since your the one that has to do it.  The limitations are in your mind, so the more you free your mind, the less limitations you have on your projections.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

Very interesting, thanks for the reply.
Do these types of projections tend to be harder or easier than the usual methods of projection? I mean on average.

Does being easier or harder for another influence if it will be easier or harder for yourself?  Something I do easily may take someone else a long time to achieve.  And then I may never do a classic "OBE" that many others can do.

To seek your answers, turn inward.  Books and guides are fine, and they can help you tell your path from a gully.  But in rigididly following them, you greatly limit yourself to anothers system.

Is anyone great with visualization through meditation?
I was just wondering how powerful and realistic the images can be. Ive heard stories of people actually stepping inside visualizations as they become more real, so they become a 3d world which they can move around and experience (would that be classed as more of a WILD?).
How difficult would these type of experience's be to achieve and what techniques can be used?
Thanks for any input
