StrangeDreams

Its been a while since I've posted.  Still not able to project while consciously awake but have projections in my sleep every night.  They are not always good in fact most times they aren't but I've come to accept it.  However, I've been practicing everything else.  Meditation, chakra work, listening to binaural beats, etc.  Been feeling the tightness in my forehead and top of my head every day (third eye & crown chakras).  I found an audio/video on youtube for opening third eye.  I did it only once and immediately saw the eye staring back at me.  Now everytime I close my eyes I see the eye then I see visions.  Mostly faces and they rush at me real fast.  This is while fully awake like sitting at work and happen to close my eyes and there they are.  I have no doubt about other beings out there because some of the faces I see are like a dark green color with huge cat eyes.  Some of the faces look normal and some don't.  At first it freaked me out a little but with everything else that has been happening to me I'm not shocked at anything anymore.

Could this be a portal into the astral?  I read somewhere third eye open allows you to glimpse into the astral worlds.  But can I project into it from these visions?  Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,
Theres always a shape resembling an eye with closed eyes and many here have seen this. Theres a thread on here too, somewhere. Cant say faces or movement though in my case at least. So can't make a valid comment on that one. Ive had the shape all my life as far as I can remember but noticed it more around nine years old.
Try to use it by creating a form similar to what you're seeing at night. It may provide a visualisation strong enough for you to consciously project into.
Its worth trying a few times.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Thanks for your reply.  However, this eye is clearly open.  It appears to be in a tunnel and it's an opened eye staring at me and then it moves around and Ihave to follow it with my eyes.  The strange thing is that after I've stared at the images for a few minutes and I open my eyes and look around my room, the walls are movng and looklike they are breathing.  Several months ago Istarted to see energy but I would have to focus kind of like go into a stare and I'd see the energy moving but never as intense as what I saw last night.  Maybe I am just seeing the illusion that this physical world is.

Hi.About the energy flouting around, I have stared at the sky, for a couple of minutes, and now I always see those little sparks of bright light moving around randomly. About the eye, I've seen it a couple of times, and feel that pressure in between my physical eyes as well.

Don't know about the faces, so can't really comment on that one.

Take care.

StrangeDreams

Yes Anonymouse I have looked up into the sky at night and stared at a really bright star and all of a sudden it starts jumping up and down like it is dancing. Had the same thing happen when I was a child. I thought it was some sort of optical illusion but it happened again recently and it was no mistaking it this time. It only happens with certain stars usually the brightest ones. Always gives me a good feeling like it is letting me know I'm not alone

As many say around here, take it as it is, without a second thought. Life gets better with that in mind.

I haven't done it at night though. Right now, is 4pm. If I stare into the blue sky, little white sparks start moving very very fast. It's quite fun actually. : )

there's a type of meditation called trataka (google it), its when you stare at a simple object (anything at all, I use my laptop screen and a basic shape (like a black circle on a white background) and you don't close your eyes at all, stare for as long as possible and the key is not to blink (resist blinking at all cost) and not move your eyes even an inch

then when you had enough of staring you simply close your eyes and keep them closed

an after image forms in the darkness before your eyes and then you keep staring at the afterimage with your eyes still closed

this develops a number of things:
+ improves physical eyesight (i have heard people healing their eyes completely doing this exercise)
+ develops ability to see energy (the white sparks/balls of energy moving in random directions, much brighter sparks/leaks of energy, auric sight)
+ helps to phase out into astral
+ helps you when you end up in the astral with keeping scenery stable, changing it, manipulating it

Yogis in tibet used this method by staring at a star in the sky for long periods of time to develop all kinds of abilities which helped them to connect with 'god' (energy).

pm me if you are interested in this type of meditation as I do it daily

StrangeDreams

Yes those little sparks...had to read your post again Anonymouse and also in Nikolai's post. That's different from the star thing I see in the sky. But Ive seen those too however I wasn't looking up but looking at the trees. They are very small and I would call them silver but hard to focus on since they move around so fast. It never dawned on me they were sparks of energy. I have a wild imagination and after reading Adrian's book I thought they were tiny faeries or sylphs!! Lol! Boy do I feel stupid!  Nikolai I am interested and will send u a pm

I just did that 10 minutes ago, while relaxing ( I didn't read you till now), and saw all kind of shapes around me. Shadows, and something swinging  over my chest; it reminded me of this;

Only that in a much smaller size.

Trataka definitely increases ability to see those little sparks,
I did it in park today and looked at the clear blue sky and the sparks were everywhere I just sat there watching them (I don't know what they are but they seem to move in random directions)

I think anyone can see them if they simply stare at the sky and just relax their eyes and keep looking not blinking

The sky is easier to see them but you can see them if u look at anything else too it's just harder if background is multicoloured and textured

AnonyMouse u seem to be quite sensitive to energy (half way there) do u do any daily routines or anything like lots of meditation, pranayama or anything at all except phasing? (pm me I will give you a breathing routine from youtube try it out I think it could send ur energy thru the roof u might start seeing things with your eyes closed or phase at the end of it, or nothing at all will happen u never know)

Anonymouse

You can post that video here, if you don't mind. I wouldn't be able to find out all of these if everyone was pm'ing each other. Unless of course, you can't share that info the the public for some reason, which I understand.

I usually do meditation every night, before sleeping. I have also gone outside, to a high place, and let the sun hit me for a couple of hours. Meditating there as well, and observing.

But yes, I surely want to try that method out.

Regards.

nikolai

Alright,

Just type into YouTube "Ananda Mandala"
It's a 30 minute breathing routine
Sit down, relax, close eyes, listen to instructions and then start breathing as woman explains

Post here what if anything u will experience

I usually do this routine before sleep and then spontaneously obe or phase in morning when I wake up (routine increases energy flow in you)

This is an advanced technique so if u start sensing energy feel free to slow down, stop or breathe gentler to decrease energy flow if u so wish, or keep going to experience higher state of energy

Anonymouse

I will give it a try later today. Thanks for the info niko.
