Have you encountered anything interesting Lumaza? Referring specifically to this as a focus I mean
Phasing, no matter what the focus target is always leads to something interesting!  This is no different!  :-)

Has it led to any "physical" sightings here in our realm, no!

. I have never even heard of this CE5 protocol. It seems like a kind of partitioned phasing?  :?
It's more like it is "collective" Phasing session, since it is normally done in groups, focusing on the same intent. That's what I like about it. It opens people up to being "aware" and that's always a good thing!  :-)

Great job!  8-) You are learning quickly. The faster you can you can put your "left brain" at ease, the faster you will find yourself "there".

Rundown and techniques are just "Blueprints". They are not set in stone. When the scene starts to morph, allow it to and go with the flow. Don't fight it. Take what is given to you!  :-)

I really appreciate the feedback and following my thread! It makes the experience feel deeper.

Yes I saw it. I saw his last one too. It didn't really have any new material in it though. I think it's goal was to make more people aware of his CE5 protocol. I have used it and still do. I don't go outside to see any physical beings or craft though. I use it once in awhile as a focus intent in a Phase/Meditation session. I don't listen to his guided meditation though. I had listened to it in the past and got the gist of what he was saying. I like it though!  8-)

He says what I have always said. That being that "contact" is being and has been made via consciousness for years now! No one can "block it" at that level!  :-)

Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Disturbing ET dream
May 23, 2020, 00:01:43
This a quote from Lightbeam that she made recently on another thread here. I am sharing it here as well because it kind of works into and explains my bizarre LD, which led into a "false awakening", then back into a LD again. Very unique!

"Same here, nowadays I only have strange dreams. I am sensing mass consciousness standing on a crossroad. I feel the masses' tension, what's next, what does the future hold, etc. Lots of questions and very few answers. I am trying to shake off this invading external stream of information, which is not mine, but somehow I feel responsible to help on a higher level to balance things out. I feel obligated to be in tune of what is happening and be a part of the "remediation force". If I don't,  I start feeling like I am abandoning my people (Earth). Definitely a very strange situation, totally qualifying as a difficult level of a game. It feels truly like we are in one."

I went to sleep at about 4am as usual, so woke up about 3 in the afternoon. This experience is pretty fresh in my mind right now.

I become aware I am in a city of suppressed, anxious and tormented people. This experience either went for a long time before I became consciously aware in it or I was given some kind of "download" that filled me in on the situation.

There was a huge Arena style building in front of me and in it was a number of the Tyrants and control mongers that were responsible for all the pain and suffering of the people that lived in that area.

For some reason, my "duty" there was do something about it. I guess inaction was out of the question. So I attempted to show those inside via a Documentary style presentation the damage they had done and were still doing to the people. That didn't work. Pause a minute of darkness and then a do=over, what I call "re-script" and now I am in the scene once again to implement plan 2. This re-scripting and failure occurs a few more times. Now I have no choice but to do what I really didn't want to do. Talk and reasoning wasn't the answer so I imploded the building on them crushing them all.

I felt really bad about that and then everything faded and I woke up. At least I thought it did. I got out of bed, went to the living room and sat and talked with MJ (my better half) about what just happened and how I felt about it. She consoled me and helped me relieve the guilt I was feeling. That was great. In real life though, I went to share what happened in my Dream/Simulation with her, but I saw she wasn't in a good mood. Too much negativity. Our Minnesota State Fair was cancelled today. That is or was our main source of income during the year. All of our Renaissance Faires have been cancelled as well. Oh well, life goes on.

Back to the LD. Now, once again that last experience talking to MJ fades away and I am back to this area again. This time I see the same people that I saw earlier that were sad and depressed, working in their fields, tilling their gardens, tending to their cattle. No longer were they in a technologically based city atmosphere. Now they were in the country and were happy. There seemed to be a extra kick in their step. They were "aware'. No longer were they focused on material gain. Now they focused on living life to it's fullest!  :-)

I loved that it had happy ending. Although some brutal decisions and chaos had to occur first, before change could come. It obviously didn't turn out well for the Tyrants and Control mongers. But as we always see here in this physical, realm,  someone always has to play the bad guy!

I completely understand everything you say, yet, it seems so bloody hard to implement it :)

That's the catch 22 here. Once you see how easy it is you will realize it was you that made it difficult. Like I said, all your life you have lived "only" a physical existence. That is a ton of programming. Now you are altering the program and the program doesn't like being altered. That's why affirmations are so important. You are constantly affirming that yes this is okay. You aren't asking for it. Instead you are acknowledging that it is a part of your being. My nightly affirmations are basically along the lines of "I am consciously aware in my sleep, KNOWING I am sleeping". I used to use the word Dream instead of sleep, but I don't recognize it as what would be labeled a Dream anymore. A simulation, yes. A parallel reality, yes. But not the definition of the word Dream as it is known today.

After days of measurable progress I'm stalling now, for the last two days, so thinking about the ways to (re)gain the momentum. Your explanation above about the strong connection to physical (body) has nailed it. That's exactly what's happening with me, I can feel it. I don't want it, I'm almost shouting during my attempts to let go, but at that point it's just a move made out of desperation and I'm already out.
Believe it or not, this is natural. Almost all of us have been down that road. It seems the more we learn, the more anxious we get. Expectations abound everywhere and we begin to pressure it. We can't force it. You have to relax and "allow" it to happen. In the past, I have had a few people question me on my use of the word "allow". They say "of course I'm allowing it, it's not like I am fighting it". But in a way they are fighting it. When you allow you completely relinquish control Many people can't do that. Tom Campbell once said years something along the lines that you have to have the mindset that if I don't return, so be it. That takes a lot of trust. But it's the truth. By allowing it, you are also overcoming your fear of it.

Quote
Also, I've decided to go back to basics and dedicate today to the simple shapes thing. I'll report how it goes.
Been there done that. I have returned "back to the drawing board" many times, lol! It helps too. I call it "rehashing" or a "walk down memory lane"!  :-) Nobody ever said we had to work "hard". I always strived to work "smart". I bring a lot of simplicity and common sense into the techniques I use and share with others here.

A great way to relax before a AP session is to use "progressive relaxation". You begin with a focus on your toes and work your way up until the last thng you are focusing on is a spot over your head. You use mental affirmations while doing it, like "My toes are relaxed, relaxed, relaxed, my toes are relaxed. Then you move to the bottom of your foot, up to you ankle, shins, etc., Pay particular attention to your "jaws/mandible" though. They say the last muscle to let go when you lie down to fall asleep or relax is your jaw muscle.

I find progressive relaxation exercise to be quite good because they also help you get in touch with your own vibratory state and energy body from there you can mess around with moving that energy to other places on your body. As I staffed above, I find it really easy to hold a strong focus on my hands and feet. When I relax, I become "aware" of the tingling sensations there. You will find that when you truly relax and stay conscious of it, you will be able to feel the hairs on your body. Every single sensation seems to become amplified to the max. That's why people have such a hard time with this practice. A simple itch becomes a major things if you allow it to. The more you practice, the easier it is to rid yourself of almost any nuisance or hinderance.

I have a question regarding the process. Would hypnosis help with it?

I'm not talking about the AP induction through hypnosis, but hypnotic help for calming down, keeping the focus and going with the flow. To have the hypnotic suggestion to "freeze", calm down and switch the focus to mind. So whenever one tries to AP, these actions would not be disturbed by the left side of the brain.
In a way, it is "self hypnosis". Look what you doing in it. You are thoroughly relaxing. You are mentally guiding yourself through the process and lastly, you are lowering your brain waves.

A valued member here named Baro-san's technique is based completely on "self hypnosis". If you have read any of my techniques here they align with that as well in ways as well. I even tell people to stop using the word "try". In Hypnosis the word try is used when failure is the expectation. Example: Now "try" to lift your arm. The person fails. Change that to "lift your arm". a command and now they succeed. It is well known in that field of study that the word try implies failure.

I completely agree that we should use healing and helping first when it comes to any entity, though some entitys do seek the thrill of battle for fun. It's very important to make peace with these demons or there is a lot of enternal conflict. Since i'm in my conciousness alot just incase I save spirits or characters in storys just incase no one thought to do so. I agree that I do need to be careful and not getting fully consumed by this endeavor but its all in good fun.
If you go looking for these Demons and negative Entities, you will find them. They are not a part of my reality, here or there, so I don't experience them. The saying "be careful what you wish for", applies here!

Could we format the island based off some pictures of some island or fantasy island. I didn't see any links or pictures so it's kind of hard to know where to go. Not that I couldn't follow the intent to the island, it's just that without a defined concrete area we all observed once it can be hard to meet up there
Yes, I know there are pictures somewhere in one of the Astral Island stickies here. I myself am not adept at posting though. I am basically computer illiterate!  :-D

I'll look for some fantasy islands or something like that if we're interested in this idea.

hmmm also maybe we should add some npc's too and see how they can be used as catalyst for interactions.

I am still attempting to access Astral Island but things haven't been going well for me lately.  All NP experiences have stopped for me since about the first week of March.  I think I am just physically and mentally low on energy and I have very poor dream recall right now.  Some nights I just don't even remember any dreams and I usually have a very good dream recall.  I have found that my awareness in the dreams I do remember is very low as well.  Hopefully I can get things back on track!  :|
You are not alone with that. I have talked with many people that are experiencing the same thing. They used to be able to have APs/LDs/OBEs quite regularly, but for some reason it all came to a screeching halt in about February/March. They are still blocked. This made me come to the conclusion that there is something seriously wrong with the "collective consciousness" at the moment. What it is? I have no clue!  :? :-o :|

I know that many of us today here are busy and our mind's seem to be totally consumed by current events, but I'm curious how many people here still access or even attempt to access this Astral Island focus?

Well have you ever thought of projecting you conciousness or recreating the desired scenario and be an active participant in shows, books and other types of media?
Yes, I have experimented with that in the past and had some successes. But to make it a regular point of focus, no, that doesn't really trip my trigger, as they say.

QuoteTheory sugest that if you have a strong enough soul one could find themselves inside said scenario, in some paradoxacal inception sort of deal.
I would change your use of the word "soul" here to "will". If you have a strong enough "will" you would see there is no limit to what you can experience.

Quotesince we are conciousness there's no rule saying we can't find our soul in someone else's creation since we all draw from the same stream of counciousness.

It's also just fun to imagine playing in such fast pace worlds.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=km2OPUctni4
just some fast pace anime fight.

it's very interesting what the soul can take form of when its proper belief and intent is in place. your soul doesn't have to just be you or a person it can be the battlefield or whatever you want I guess is what i'm trying to get at.

There  are groups on the internet that you can find that go to the Astral to hunt down Demons and the sort. They confront and battle them when they find them. Their ability to ground themselves and hold onto that focus for a lengthy amount of time is commendable. Like I said "not my cup of tea" though. I would rather use my times in the NPR healing and helping, then fighting. Many of the people involved in those Demon hunter scenarios are avid Gamers. Which I am sure is par for the course. The problem is, things like that can quickly become delusional and cause some serious effects of the mind and well being. You have to watch out for that. I can see you are very strongly focused on this as well. There's nothing wrong with exploration. In the end, we came to this reality here to be "physical". I find it okay to "step out of those boundaries" once in awhile, but you have to be careful that it doesn't completely "consume" you!

Long time lurker here. I came to the Pulse during the leading edge echoing energies and posts of a explorer called Frank. Those were interesting times.

Anyway, thanks to all the wonderful people keeping the flame burning here! It is appreciated.
Welcome back!  :-)

I would have loved to be here in the era of Frank. I have read all his posts here a number of times. When I joined years ago here, this Forum was active with some greats in Bedeekin, Contenteo, Szaxx, Major Tom, Xanth, CFTraveller and many others. It's died down quite a bit in the last few years. Forums seem to be a dying breed in today's World.

I enjoy reading your "evolution" here!  8-) Keep it coming!

What I really like though is how you are aware not only of the positives here, but also why your experience came to a halt. At first, it is very difficult to just ignore everything and observe. You are now finding the benefits behind it though!

That imagery that fades, will begin to be prolonged. When it does, you won't need to join anything, you will already be in the reality that you are witnessing!
#918
Wow, what a great opener. Here is a man who knows what he wants and will work towards getting it and you will because of that!  :-)

Nameless gave you some great pointers and tips above. It sounds like you are becoming very versed with our little Forum here, so I don't think you need to pointed at the stickies. You have likely already found their improtance to our practice here.

I can see you are a mature, educated gentleman and one that is quite "analytical" as well. So, I will respond alike in my post here as well.

Learning to passively observe. It sounds so simple, but many thing in this practice "sound" simple to do.
When I was new to this, a NP Mentor/Guide appeared in a experience and taught me the importance of just observing. He actually taught me all kinds of things like "depth perception, navigating my surroundings, grounding myself, etc. To learn how to just observe and "allow" what's going to happen to happen will get you far here.

Focus-finding a target of focus that works for you on a personal level
What are your Hobbies? What kind of repetitive motion sports do you prefer? Driving simulations. There are a ton of things you can focus on. You can create a focal point outside of your body. You can use a tactile approach. I find that one great. Just now, I completed my daily Phase soak session. I opened with a very brief Mantra. Then I turned my focus towards my hands and feet. For the last year now, when I relax, I instantly become aware of a buzzing/pins and needles sensation in my feet and hands. I now use that to my advantage. So, after I felt the pins and needles strongly, I began to expand that sensation very slowly beyond my hands and feet. Meaning outside of them. I stayed with that focus for a few more minutes and found that I had already shifted my consciousness. That will happen often, if you allow it to. I didn't expect, question, analyze, nothing. All I did is passively observe what was occurring and found myself soon in it.

Focus is very important. You need to find your own though. In my Doorway thread I have a number of simple things that work for "some" people. That's the thing though, it seems to be different for many people.

You stated above that you are very good with "imagery", but when you try to utilize it on demand, it doesn't work for you. The reason is, all your life you have been taught that this physical is all there is. You have lived a life based on your 5 senses. Now you are learning to "de-program" that programming. Your physical self will fight tooth and nail to keep you 100% focused on the physical. So, it just found a successful way to "block"  you from going further. Now, you need to find a way around that block. I found that people have a lot of success by using "mental associations". Simple things like colors and geometric shapes. You could also slowly recite the Alphabet. Take a few seconds on each letter. Once again, don't force anything or even expect it. What did you do the last time you went into your kitchen? Did you open the fridge or a cupboard, get a drink of water or another beverage? Well, replay that in your mind.

You stated that you practice often. That's great. But you don't need to put a lot of time into each one. There is so many things you can do from just sitting in you chair. You could focus on the energy in your hands for a few minutes. You could even focus on "etheric" body motions. Look out your window. Close your eyes and focus on what you just saw. Look around your room, focus on what you see. You could utilize your breathing to help your etheric body as it expands. Learn to hold your focus, to strengthen it. They say fish can hold it their focus on one thing longer than a Human can. According to new research, with the advent of the cellphone/I Phones, the ability of Humans to hold their focus on one thing has diminished even further. Those are all easy focal targets that you could do at any time of the day. They will also prime the pump for you main session.

Once you successfully create a blueprint that works for you, you can use it now, but unfortunately it will change. When I was new, my first successful OBE came very quickly and totally unexpected. That's likely why it was successful. I didn't have time to overthink it. I just followed the instructions I was given and it worked, It had to do with the simple focus of staring a lit candle. I then blew the candle out. Closed my eyes and saw the "imprint" of the flame there. It's kind of like when you look at a screen too long, close your eyes and you still see the frame of the screen there. When the flame disappeared, I willed the image back. I did that for I don't know how long and soon found myself vibrating quite violently, with a the sound of a roaring Helicopter about to land on my roof. I was surreal. But then I went back to the well too much and it had run dry. That technique no longer worked for me and forced me to explore something new.

That's enough for now. I will watch how your progression in this thread evolves and respond to it accordingly!  :-)

Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

Thanks  :-) I'm still working on a topic. I also still want to keep doing what I'm doing here just I won't spam if that's ok. Posting these videos with at least an illusion of an audience is very satisfying and its an interesting conciousness experiment well too me at least.
Just curious, what is the actual experiment? I experiment often and am always open to new explorations!  :-)

I was going to say "there is a App for that"!  :-D But seriously I agree with Lightbeam and Nameless here. People don't just wake up in the morning and find they are a "Shaman" now. For the Shaman, it took years for them to get where they are now, even if they did have a "Mentor" which most of them did. Many of them started in a kind of "Apprentice program". Possibly you should look into that too.

If I wanted to be a Shaman and was serious about it, I would seek out another Shaman and ask for them to teach me, please!

There's a point in human evolution where you hit what could be called an event horizon once a person is made aware of a specific things about the universe they won't be able to turn back.
I agree with that. I don't care for the Anime though. I don't know the characters and their characteristics in these videos, so this basically means nothing to me.

As you said, you have a problem voicing your thoughts. I don't see that as true. I went back to read your past posts here on the Astral Pulse and found them quite legible. I don't know why all of a sudden you have switched your way of communicating. Maybe you can explain that, without using another Anime video, please!  :-)

Funfire, do you remember this post?
"Life is like a school. We're all waiting to get out of class but there is so much to learn right in front of us. Some one can get an A and someone else can get a D however the kid who got a D can learn from his mistake and grow from it in relative time if they choose too. Ask questions or for help and your bound to find an answer relative to the question. The fear of making mistakes is the worst fear of all. dreams are like going home to your more personal life. It's because we can progress and learn we exist. No matter how long we stand still we will eventually get from point A to point B and from point B to Point Z. It's everything in between that we can call reality or an experience and we grow from each of these.

You wouldn't be you if you weren't here now. I'm glad to be alive each relative second."

Yes, that was you that said that!  :-)
#922
Funfire, I am going to try to explain this to you again. What you are doing right now is known as "spamming". It is "EXTREMELY" annoying to people that are trying to read other posts here.

You could easily have grouped all of those links into a couple of different posts. But instead, you have chosen to repeatedly spam these posts here. I understand that this Anime talks to you. I have watched a few of your videos and saw that yes, they do have a bit of a "Zen" theme to them. You know the characters in these clips. Most of here don't and as I see, really don't care to either.

As a note too: I'm beginning to feel a common theme or lesson in my experiences - let go. I get a feeling that if I could learn to let go of the need to control and analyze things, my experiences would be more frequent and longer in duration. I'll be working on this during my practice sessions.
Listen to that feeling. It knows what's best for you. Relaxing, releasing and letting go comes as the result of "passively observing" without question, anticipation, expectation or excitement. Which as you are finding out first hand now is easier said than done! You are doing great though. Keep it up!  8-)

I think you said it yourself. Thousands of years of following and now those ships are sinking as the people finally begin to wake up.
I am seeing the same theme playing over and over again!

Last night's experience had a different take on it though. It still had, as our Dream experiences do, points of interest and lessons.

It began with me becoming aware I was in a place with a whole bunch of kittens. They were everywhere. I knew that they couldn't stay where we were and needed to be "adopted" as soon as possible. But they were still kittens and weren't old enough to leave. So, the answer was to force a evolution on them, as of "aging" them a bit so they could be easily adoptable. I did this, then the questions began flowing. What gave me the right to do that? I cheated them out of the teachings and experience they would acquire as they grew. What would happen if I "de-evolved" in age, as of, if my physical body was to be restored to what it was 20-25 years ago or more? Would I still be where I am today? My answer was no. I would have done so much more if I had that chance again. It was one of those Dreams that really hit home and has still got me contemplating all that went on it, typing this at 12:05 midnight here.

Wow, that took a lot to post that. Not because of the content, but because of fighting with this frXXXXX server here on the  Astral Pulse. One letter wrong forced me to retype this post 3 times. You just can't fix it by changing the letters. To do that causes this Astral Pulse server here to go into "skip a space" mode and destroy everything you typed. Okay, rant over. Back to our regular scheduled program here!   :-D

Take always: I believe I prefer the rundown without sound now. I'm still unsure what to do after the rundown. Also, if you haven't astral projected after a certain duration, do you just wait until another day?
It doesn't matter if your mind wanders. My Doorway technique was created for those that suffer from "Monkey mind". All you have to do is engage yourself in some kind of mental activity that doesn't involve you focusing on your "physical body" and no "sneak peeks" to see what it is doing either. Something like a virtual tug of war created by a focus on opposite directions can lead to some fantastic adventures. Look at sports or hobbies that you like. Utilize what "you" think would keep you involved. Something that you have a passion for. I will sometimes just hit a ping pong ball repeatedly with a paddle into the darkness before my eyes. I don't need to see the paddle or even the ball. I just go through that mental activity. All of aa sudden, the ball is hit back and I am in a game. I don't necessarily care for ping pong. I play it once in awhile at my son's home. I used it because it has a simple repetitive motion, like shooting a basketball or even rowing a boat. Do you see what I am saying here?

QuoteOverall the session was good, but I've come out with more questions than answers.
LOL!  :-D That's par for the course. We always return with more questions than answers in this practice. Other members here can confirm that! Sometimes you get the answer you are looking for and then find that leads to more questions again. You will find that you rarely get a yes or no or even a direct answer there. Your answers arrive via tests, quests and challenges. Just like they often do here in this physical reality we are living in. The NPR (non physical realities) are a whole different kind of "school"!  :-)
