So what exactly are we saying here? That Scientology got this fact correct, that everything a human has imagined up in a movie or book or video game series has actually happened somewhere in a parallel universe? Or are we saying that because the Universe is infinite, every possibility (and thus everything we have ever thought up or could think up) has happened and is happening somewhere?

I think that in many cases, the authors are able to perceive consciously or subconsciously other realities already established.

I wanted to add that besides the reality being even more real than what we are experiencing right now, I personally have very heightened emotions and great sense of adventures during APs. I have experienced all kinds of things that here you can only see in sci fi movies. Absolutely incredible.

Here in this forum we have been beyond physical matter so you don't have to convince us that consciousness can not be explained by scientists. We already know that. every religion just like the one you promote, limits spiritual growth simply by setting rules that spread fear. Example, if I drink coffee I am in spiritual trouble LOL.

All I can tell you is that each person that transfers from this reality to another, experiences different things depending on their beliefs, expectations, state of mind, etc. At least during the first stage in the new environment. This is from my own experience with souls retrievals.
Now, I have met my dad many times and communicated with him. He is in a very happy place and together with his brother and other relatives. I met other relatives as well and some of them emanate joy and happiness, while others I have seen staying in a distance not speaking, just looking at me. I had tried to engage them to communicate, but if they were not ready to be guided, then who knows how long they would linger in darker places because of their own issues. The next level is just another stage of our continuous experience and growth.

There are definitely more questions than answers, but that's what makes this life so exiting. You are presented with glimpse and pieces of a huge puzzle and trying to put the entire picture together just by going through various experiences here is incredible.

That is so funny, just few days ago while I was showering, I heard a cough noise near me. There was no one in the house, so I said out loud - Is some one spying on me? Then I laughed and said -Oh, what the hell, enjoy the show LOL.
And here is another funny story, my ex bf insisted in keeping the toilet cover down at all time, because ghosts can get through it LOL. He was also paranoid about the closet door being open at night 

I do believe that you can create you're own reality throw living the past days again and change what you need of the past of my reality without being able to effect what happened in the real time line

We don't know if events can or can not  be changed in any given probable physical timeline reality. We can only speculate. But through AP you can experience past physical events in the duplicate "next door" frequency reality. The astral is thought responsive, yes, so you can alter the experiences. What I  experience in regards to going back to past events, is the environment, the familiar feelings, my friends and loved ones, certain adventures, etc. But these experiences are not exact replica of what actually happened in the physical. They are actually more enhanced and rich, with very powerful enjoinment at least for me just by knowing what is happening at that moment that I am in the astral realm and it feels even more real and current, never lost and I know that it will always be there.

You most definitely will. I feel the same way about my childhood. I often say that if I can get stuck somehow in my childhood years, I will be very happy. And this was one of my first goals when I succeeded in AP. Since then, I have all kinds of great memories revisited and I am telling you these experiences are so much more enhanced and euphoric, because you are reliving them with the knowledge and appreciation you have now. And confirming that past events are not gone forever, as many people think and grieve over, it gives you great comfort.

I think most of us who are able to experience the astral consciously are aware of this fact. When I heard about the string theory for the first time around the late 1990s I was like well, finally the scientists are getting somewhere. They are just moving very slow,  because they refuse to open their minds and let go of the surface physical laws.
Realities like our are formed of very very slow vibratory rate energy, making it hard to be manipulated quickly by our driving forces (thoughts). But it is formed of the same type of energy like any other reality, which we tend to call astral, simply because to us there is a huge distinction between the two, and here we need to have dens bodies made of the same vibratory rate particles in order to interact. On the surface it looks like our reality can not be manipulated by thoughts, but I think that ultimately it was created by collective thoughts and it continues to be molded and changed according to individual and mass consciousness tendencies and beliefs. We can not notice it because of the time, space factor here. So,  we are aware of all that, and I personally am not interested in studying in details what the scientists are struggling with and their efforts to prove certain things through mathematical formulas, because simply it will not work this way and they will be stuck in this stage for a long time.   

This particular entity you have described does not sound like a negative one. It may have been a lost soul that was looking for help. It may be trapped somewhere because of their own issues whatever they may be and they emanate emotions of fear, pain etc, because that is their current state of mind. Not necessarily because they want to harm anyone. You have perceived what they were feeling and they were asking for help. Don't turn away spirits in need.
Now, if you really think that someone wants to harm you, offer help anyway, because most likely they are still carrying characteristics of a lower dimensional personalities and can use some guidance. If they don't accept the help, that is their problem, their time has not come yet to understand. But the law of energy is that negative energy from whatever source simply can not shift into a higher frequency area. If you have love and positive thoughts, you can easily shift away, or send thoughts of light. No fight necessary, this action alone will make them disappear. But at least give them a choice initially. Love your enemy and they will never be able to hurt you.

Sounds good. I would not exclude yogurt and cheese though, because they are great suppliers of probiotics and calcium.

Lightbeam- Is cane sugar bad? I have all natural sodas for special occasions its basically organic soda but it has 40g of suger per can. 

Well, cane sugar just does not have the chemicals that are in table sugar added through the refining process, but it has the same amount of empty calories and it causes your blood glucose to spike above normal ranges. That depends of course on the amount, but most foods single serving exceeds the recommended amount. Now, acid (in soda) and sugar combination is double trouble. Acidic environment in your body means thriving of diseases, bacteria, fungus and cancerous cells. Their food source is glucose, and when your blood sugar level gets high because of high carbs (sugar and starches) intake, you keep feeding them. You need to choose foods that are more alkaline, because in alkaline environment no disease can survive. I am talking about diseases based on mutated cells, fungus, which can convert into cancerous cells. And also this environment protects your cells from mutating and  altering your DNA not in a favorable way. I have a terrible sweet tooth and I have to make efforts to control my sugar intake. I use coconut sugar, which is basically dried coconut, ground very finely. It tastes just like brown caramelized sugar and it does not spike your blood glucose. I do drink soda from time to time when I have burgers or pizzas, because I don't want to completely exclude these yummers out of my diet. You gotta live a little, but overall if you eat good you can afford having a fun day once every two, three weeks and enjoy whatever you want.

Keep your brain healthy, because it is the device that translates our experiences and triggers memory recall from conscious and unconscious astral travel. Therefore choose a plan that will do so. Omega 3 is the best choice. Definitely more vegetables and few fruits. Sugar is poison and creates fatigue and all kinds of diseases in a long run, so try to control it. I make smoothies from kale and berries, add some water to make it liquidly. This to me is like a power drink and it will keep you looking young forever. Some people think that I am a vampire because they don't notice me aging  Just saying

I never said telekinesis does not exist. Some people may be able to lift a feather few mms. We are talking here about full blown telekinetic abilities such as moving all kinds of objects freely for example regardless of size or weight, or ripping the molecules of your body apart. Or full blown human teleportation, where one can teleport himself into a bank and get himself out unnoticed. This is what we are talking about. These abilities can be unlocked, however humans are not ready to manipulate with the full power of these abilities.

As to telekinesis, this capability has been around for the longest time dating back to the ancient Egyptians reflected in their texts. Seems we are still here, are we not?

Wait a minute, do you have telekinetic abilities, does anyone on this forum does, please raise your hand. Do any of the worlds government possess in full such ability? If yes, our war systems would have been very different. I would like to see this ability in the hands of the north Korean leader and then we will talk about honorable ways. Even if the US gov had it, do you think that this corrupt, power driven institution would use it to help the masses? They are not doing it now, I can imagine with such power what the consequence would be. Now, imagine that everyone had that power. The prisoners will be free, there will be no law, and basically whoever has the strongest power will rule. Or if organizations form collective power to dominate then the world will again be divided, just as it is now.
Someone may have experienced to some extend such abilities, but they are not fully developed, otherwise it would have become obvious by now. Or if some one has developed these abilities and the world has not been destroyed yet, then these people are some of the few morally and spiritually developed to a degree where the negative human characteristics such as greed, selfishness, power, possessions  are absent.But let's face it, as of now 90% of the humans still carry these DNA encodings in them. If it was otherwise, there would have been no prisons, criminals, law to keep everyone in check, etc......

I personally think that the "texture" of the pineal gland does not play a role in conscious astral travel, but again I cant prove it.

You have heard, but have not experienced yourself, so it has no validation. You think at the moment from the perspective of your character (physical you). Because of the limitations of perception here, we cant see from the standpoint of our higher self. When the time comes that you can review the "big picture" through the view of your higher self, then the "judgment" of what you have accomplished or have not, or what do you need to further evolve will be completely different from what you think and judge for yourself at the moment. This is the very element a lot of people are missing when interpreting free will. And at first when you freely enter the astral, you may not access your higher self or guides immediately, even if you really really want to do so. You may want to go here and there and experience this and that, but you will find that you may not be able to do everything or go everywhere you desire. And that will be exactly because of unresolved issues and state of mind that have triggered your current life circumstances. I am an experienced explorer, but there are times when I give commands and give commands and want to see something or go somewhere and it does not happen. And this can be confirmed by everyone who has had AP experiences. When this journey here ends, the astral journey continues, but it wont be an instant connection with the highest source and ultimate joy if you have unresolved issues. Many APers can confirm this through their retrievals.

At the age of 18 or 19, you have not seen anything of this life yet. If you feel bored, why don't you make your life more interesting. Start making plans for your future. Sign up as a volunteer at a local hospital, elderly care facility or even nearby prison. There are many people in pain who need help and would appreciate a simple connection, sympathy and comforting. To escape from this reality is easy enough, but if we choose the easy way out, what is it that we have leavened? Why did we even bother entering? And what makes you think that in the astral you will experience only joy and love. If you carry over your current mentality, you will see soon enough that there are unresolved issues. Through retrievals I have done on stuck spirits, the most common problems were unresolved issues and unlearned lessons, false beliefs, etc. I don't know exactly how much experience you have had in the astral, but while some time you may experience joy, another you may be forced to experience not so pleasant things depending on your thoughts, fears, etc.

And really, turn off your PC and explore the real world out there. Sign up for yoga classes, make more friends,  go out and explore this world. There is so much to see and interact with. A lot of joy and happiness doesn't come just from what we gain for ourselves, but from what we give to others. And there a lot of people in need of various types of help out there.

Yes, Szaxx, I am a little older than my sister. When we were little and our cousins visited, we would always ask them to play with our "pretend" invisible friends and our cousins wondered why. I cant recall exactly what we talked about because these were games and I don't have good memory recall from such young age. But I will definitely try to learn more. I had tried before when I first learned how to OBE, but something was blocking this information.

I resurrected this topic, because few days ago, I had a crazy OBE in which for the first time after all these years, my experience was related to this encounter. It started from a dream where I saw my sister at the age of 4 holding a small animal like creature sort of looking like a gremlin. I looked at the creature and when I say his eyes, this was the moment I realized I was dreaming. I took control and started asking my sister questions. I said where did you get this animal? She said, your friend the ET left their baby with us when he/she visited you, remember? I said , that's impossible, we do not have such entity in the physical world. She said, he is invisible. He was always living with us, but we could not see him. I looked at the thing closer and the little creature's eyes were exactly the same as the adult ET described in my first post. The baby had that orange hair on the top of his head as well. I said, OMG this is unbelievable, that's why sometimes in dreams I see these big round eyes like flickering visions. Then I snapped back. This is really exciting for me, because until now, I was never able to get further information about this visitor. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to find out more. I don't now if in this reality the ET actually left their baby with my family, but the first encounter occurred here.

Humanity has not evolved enough morally to be able to operate with teleportation, telekinesis, etc without causing chaos and catastrophe, simply because everyone will be using it to gain something for themselves in dishonorable way. If I have any such information, I would not release it.....yet. As far as how the universe was made, scientists would not believe me anyway, just like they don't believe in AP, because it cant be proven by mathematical formulas and any physical law. Science is still very closed minded.
