I too hope to reclaim some things. Presently, I am a part of a Tuesday meditation group hosted by a member I met here. (I think I met her here???) omcasey
I extend the invitation, https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/omtalks/viewtopic.php?p=6016#p6016 and encourage participation both on this forum and over in the zoom meditation(if you're able).
Out of all of the forums I am a member of, this is by far the more active and diverse(even when the lack of activity may seem disappointing to others).
Practicing in the group has reminded me of the importance of practicing alone- both are valuable.
I hope you're able to reclaim your abilities. There is another forum member, Tak who participates in the group meditations as well as her own disciplines.
Would you like to share more about yourself? My name's Eric- I am a 36 from Houston, TX.
Maybe we can meet in zoom and practice together.
Welcome to the AP~

Well this is a primarily a discussion forum as opposed to a social network type scenario, but that said, here you will find a wealth of information and discussions on AP, OBE etc, and experienced projectors who are generally willing and able to help with any questions you may have. "Out of Body Experiences" are a completely natural ability, but which requires a disciplined and focussed approach as opposed to serious training.
Quote from: Lumaza on April 13, 2025, 18:17:43I have been a member of some live groups and they never worked. About 10 years ago I was the teacher in a live in person group. One by one the group dissolved. As you said, many times "life" can trump all. It was "fun" for a while. I wasn't looking for just "fun". I was hoping some of them would find this a serious practice. I talk to many people at the Wellness shows I am a vendor at, and they tell me how hard it is to find anyone in their area that can even understand what they are even talking about.
The thing is though, you can learn how to "consciously" exist in a multiple realities. You just need to create a "balance" to do that. In time it becomes your new "norm". You have to be "self-motivated" to succeed with more than a "sneak peek" though.
