Whenever it's night time or even during the afternoon, I notice that if im sitting upright my conscience always has this weird melting feeling.Like I could pop out any second.Now naturally i don't get carried with the tide cause I'm still having my day so I snap back into reality and i feel glued back into my body again.It's really weird but has anyone had this happen to them?Cause for me it happens about every night!I having been trying to have OBE's very much lately might i've been using lots of lucid dream techniques (Mental imagery and saying the key words of my dream as soon as i wake up".

So anyone have similar sensations?

PS: The only time i OBE'ed was while i was sitting upright.Maybe that's just my ideal position.

Did you use some technique to achieve OBE or did it came naturally?

Instead of using the term 'open' its nore appropriate to say active or not active....But be aware that activating the 3rd eye may cause some confusion...You may see auras or hearing other peoples thoughts...It is not necessay dangerous but you have to be careful...If someone is ready and well developed it may be activated without being forced...

Althought i have not gone to astral pulse island i believe when you astral project you can create everything that you can imagine..It sounds odd but it is true..the only think to be considered is to have wild imagination hehe..

A homepathetic i visited suggested me an aloe vera juice in advance with the homeopathetic medicines he provided me...The taste is very bad and you have to mix it with orange juice in order to drink it.As i have read it has many benefits in someones health when you drink only 30ml every day.

I was lying in a sort of receptive, trance state, listening to a  song on the radio, when out of the darkness of my room I saw someone's face.  I wasn't in SP, asleep, or even starting vibrations, but the face was clear.  It was holding onto a microphone.  I made a mental note to learn who was singing the song I was listening to the next morning.

I looked it up, and the face ALMOST COMPLETELY MATCHED the face of the person who was singing, but in my mind's eye, he looked somewhat older, and a little different.  I had never seen this person before (except breifly on TV when he was singing, but he looked nothing like he does now.)

Did I have a vision, or was it simply my subconscious relating this person's voice to a picture of him I had seen somewhere?

Wow,that must have been scary...If this would happen to me i would be running scared in my home hehe...

It works because we are all connected via the earth energy grid...whenever someone sends energy it uses this connection and it goes to the person that is intended to...But be aware...In the Usui Reiki system while you learn the symbol for distant healing,the person that receives the energy must be staying still and not be in the move the time the healing takes place...

The best and most natural way of developing the heart chakra is through love and compassion. Just by expressing these you're raising energy in the heart. And when the heart chakra is more active, it helps keep the whole energy system in balance.

Thats so true...The more you express your feelings and the more you ground yourself via reality you can open not only the heart chakra but also the other chakras too...

If you wish to have an attunement better find a Reiki teacher that can assist you also after the initiation because when you start 'working' with yourself you might face fears,energy blockades and a cleansing progress might occur.The teacher will guide you property and help you with anything that will arise from the deeps of your soul  ...

I trained in Aikido several years back but had to quit because it was getting too hard on my knees... anyways, many MANY times between then and now, I found myself training in my dreams. 

I recently decided to continue my training and found that I haven't missed a beat.
It's only been a couple weeks since I've returned, but I can honestly say there are some aspects where I think I'm better than I was than when I left.

Thats very cool Xanth...You must be practicing a lot to have these kind of experiences..I envy you hehe..Hope you the best with you training!!

Just an advise...Trying to open the third eye might be dangerous if someone is not ready for it...Curious things may happen like seeing auras or receiving other peoples thoughts...The best is to work with all the chakras and trying to meditate...I have heard many stories that people getting sick and confused while opening the 3rd eye...Wish you the best!!!

Very nice post...next time try to have an OBE before you wake up in the morning or even put the clock to wake up 1-2 hours before you wake up normaly..Its the best time for an OBE

As a matter of fact I have used EFT with a specialist and I have stunning results in many of my problems,regarding relationships and personal phobias.

Also the result of EFT i believe was to ''release'' me from many karmic connections that were affecting this life.I have had a very extraordinary experience at the end of the sessions.From that point on I started to grow up more as a spiritual being rather than an ordinary person attached to the physical world.

Also I am attuned to the Usui Reiki Level 1 holistic healing system,and when I met my Reiki Master that attuned me,we had a little talk and she told me that I didn't have any karma to ''pay off''.She has been doing Reiki more than 20 years and she could sense energies of other persons,positive or negative,so her opinion is worthy.This happened after the EFT sessions.

2nd Experience - Ethereal Crystal on Heart Chakra

andonitxo during the 2nd session he put in my Heart chakra 3 ethereal crystals.A Rose Quartz,a Bloodstone and an Emerald.The feeling that are commonly expected during such sessions are joy, happiness and unconditional love for everyone...Nothing of that occured and the reasons are that maybe my subconscious rejected the crystals OR that the energy of the crystals have triggered some healing symptoms...The most likely is the 2nd reason and I have some proof of that.

Since Wednesday that I received the session I feel extreme dizzy throught the day.I need more rest than usual and since I am attuned to Usui Reiki level 1,whenever I sit on the gassho position,I feel the energy flowing in my hands stronger than ever and I go in a deeper level of relaxation.

If I notice any other symptoms that I believe come from the Ethereal Crystal session for Heart Charka i will let you know.

This meditation sounds great...but i experience a little problem...I cannot at all visualise...I have never had any inner vision while I was awake.The only time I had some results,was when I had a session with a Hypnotist.I was hearing his voice and was conscious,never entered a deeper sate but when the session finished I was feeling full of energy.It was wonderful.

This Monday I am going to learn how to meditate and some relaxation exersises from my Reiki Master.I feel great tension at my body muscles although I am going to gym often and playing football.I believe this will help me with feeling more relaxed while doing energy work.Your meditation surely will be the first one to practice.

1st Experience - Ethereal Crystal on Third Eye

Greetings to all,

Lately I received an Ethereal Crystal Healing from a fellow on this forum,andonitxo,who has been attuned by Stefan Kammerhofer(Free attunements to many Energy systems http://www.xehupatl.com/).

He put an Ethereal Crystal at my Third Eye.I felt the energy starting to flow an hour before the attunements,and the feeling were becoming stronger as the time went by.The same night nothing notable happened...Just a bit pressure at that chakra.But I have had a very enlightening experience the other night.

I was seeing many lucid dreams during the night,the most conscious ones I have ever had.Suddenly about 2 hours before I usually wake up,I started to hear a male voice.It was so calm and was telling me information about my life's purpose!!! ...I tried to consentrate on it,but as I was waking up from sleep ,the voice started to disappear.I didn't move,for my astral body not to 'lock' on me,and I could hear the voice again.
This didn't last too long because my body was on the procedure of waking so when I finally woke up,I run,took a paper and wrote down as many information I could remember.

All the time I was hearing the voice,I was feeling energy going down my head and when the voice stoped,it was like a switch turning off and the energy stoped.

The pity thing is that despite I wrote many information,there are not of so many importance that the one's I missed   .I was told to meet a person,and was told his name but it is impossible for me to remember it.

That was my experience but beware...do not believe that if you have a session like mine would have the same results.Because it is a Reiki Healing session,the energy goes where it is needed.I surely recommend it and if it is possible to be attuned yourselfes if you gonna use it for your personal spiritual development.

I came along some very interesting information about a Holistic therapy named ''Rebirthing".It is being applied by a very famous holistic healer and author,Petrene Soames.Heres some info i gathered.

As for my experience,I am also attuned to Kundalini Reiki and Usui Reiki Systems,and during my daily meditations,when I consentrate on the third eye and crown area I feel a lot of pressure at the whole area.Yes,I could subscribe it as an energy web starting from my third eye thought to the top of my head.Also many times i feel the energy there.

I still have not completed it,but until here it is very interesting.

I requested an Angel reading too,and the only thing that i have to say is that it is accurate.I was given information on many aspects of my life,and i was very pleased.
