That's all synchronicity, Tides, nothing is ever a coincidence! Synchronicity is simply you get in what you put out. Sometimes, the manifestations are instantaneous, and we observe them as synchronicities. Sometimes the  manifestations are slower and we don't notice the relevance, but there is always a relevance. But, yes, the energy exchange is consciousness to consciousness no matter in what forms. We can say, the chair is alive, but we have to understand the chair, its molecules, down to the smallest element's consciousness does not perceive the world from the same perspective as let say humans do, so if we sit on the chairs, it wont feel pain the way a biological form would. The subjects is very intriguing, indeed!

I've had a number of observable telepathic connections with animals throughout the years. Recently as I was walking in my neighborhood and a guy walking his dog was about 50 feet in front of me. I thought to experiment connecting with the dog. I imagined my energy merging with the dog and I said telepathically to the fog "Hello darling, you are so beautiful, I am right behind you, turn around and see me". In less than one minute the dog stopped, turned around and looked at me. I said out loud "Sh*t, it worked" lol. Luckily no one heard me. The owner pulled his leash, but the dog did not move. After a few pulls, the dog continued walking. I said to myself, lets try again, maybe this was a coincidence. I connected again, asked the dog to stop and look at me again. And he did. I just opened my eyes widely and mentally said "whaaaaat, this is so cool".

In the past few years I noticed that I didn't have the heart to squish bugs anymore. Two weeks ago, I saw a spider in my tub, and said "Stay out of sight, otherwise I will have to release you outside and I don't know if you would like the outdoors". The next day he was gone, b]never saw him again. This happened with another spider in the house. Now, I don't see any. I mean I dont want to cause infestation or anything in my house, but I just cant kill them. I imagine if I shrink to their size, I will observe that they are just as significant creatures that can feel.

Maybe a separate topic but I had the thought today that all the perceived good/bad/organic/inorganic- it's all *consciousness*

Even the dense material we call wood, stone, paper, blankets, pillows... Cars. Computers... AI.

Yes, everything is consciousness expressing itself in infinite forms, variations, versions, points of view within infinite dimensions.

In regards to receiving answers during APs, I have also tried asking a straight question while out, but never did anyone appear, sit me down to spell out the answer. Not because no one is listening, but because this is not how knowledge is acquired. I have found that I receive knowledge and information through just knowing, "downloads" as we call them. while all of a sudden you get an idea, a feeling, a knowing about something you have been asking, but it' more a telepathic thing/energy exchange, not via a conversation of a human type with someone. The information is always flowing though us, we are all connected to it at all time, but it is us who are blocking its understanding until we gain enough experience and learn lessons to be able to process the knowledge and convert it to knowing. We just have to learn to trust our intuition.

In my view ET encounters are of various nature. Some are in the physical, as many ETs occupy the same frequency in this physical universe and have the same frequency physical bodies, physical matter machines, technology, etc. Those who visit Earth obviously are more technologically advanced and able to travel through space/time fast, may have the ability to teleport, connect telepathically, do telekinesis, etc. Some ETs may have reached the ability to shift with their physical body into higher frequencies, or travel with full awareness with their energy body within the higher vibrational layers. Others may reside completely in parallel universes but be able to travel with their energy into ours. We also are multidimensional beings as any point of consciousness. Our encounters with other points of consciousness in whichever character they appear to be dressed can occur at any level. And many as most abductions experiences are described take place in a layer close to the physical, the one we experience during sleep paralysis. In my view this layer is the closest in vicinity with our physical character with all its filters. This layer is our immediate surrounding of raw energy where thoughts, emotions and beliefs takes form. It is invisible to us, but it becomes visible ( many times interpreted by the brain symbolically) when we shut off the physical senses and drift into dreamland. WE all know how scary sleep paralysis can be, and if someone has no idea what this state represents, their fear triggered by the self preservation instinct can create all kinds of forms and scenarios. The mainstream belief of humanity is that alien abductions are invasive and scary, and so someone may start thinking that in a moment of fear and manifest such scenario. In other instances, there is a true connection with ETs at this altered state. The possibilities are as many as they can be imagined. But the most probable are true connection in altered state, physical connection, and temporal manifested scenarios by fear in the thought responsive layer during SP.

I myself had one physical visitation when I was 5 that I remember vividly to this day. It was not via SP/AP because I was playing in my room, the being appeared in front of me physically like it teleported. I tried screaming but I could not hear my voice, it was like my voice was being sucked into a vacuum. My reaction of course was due to the survival instinct, but afterwards I knew the being was not hostile and I accepted him as my friend. I continue sensing him around me to this day. Then, I've had many interactions with ETs during APs of various nature, at times I found them, at times they landed their ship on my front lawn and spoke to me, other times I was flying a ship and attending intergalactic meetings. But I have never had the main stream classic scary abduction  during SP. And I have never seen during APs or dreams greys or reptilians.

Many times when I AP I ask to have the ability to heal people instantaneously here in the physical. I think this is my greatest desire and it reflects in my experiences. The other night I realized I am in the non-physical, I levitated above a beautiful garden with such vibrant color flowers and trees. I started flying slowly, observing the gorgeous grounds from above. Then I saw a fallen person. I hovered above them, stretched my hand and sent healing energy. I saw visually the energy coming out of my hand. It was a transparent yet visible shockwave that reached the person. They seemed to be healed instantly, got up and looked at me, waving. I continued flying and then saw a fallen eagle. I did not know if it was dead, but I stretched my hand, sent a healing wave and the eagle got up and looked at me. I was very happy with this healing power. I said, God, I would like this power to transfer to the physical, please show me a sign. Well, there was no sign, I woke up. But still enjoyed the flying and interaction with the person and the eagle. Who knows, maybe this person and the eagle have physical vehicles that felt the healing to some degree on that side.

But yes, of course, we are many things, in fact we are everything. In one moment we cry, in another we laugh, in another we feel nothing, and on and on and on... forever, and ever, and ever...The only constant in existence is change. In this now, I like to think that I jump from peak to peak to peak, each higher than the one before, and so on for eternity

Right? But that's the thrill of it Rediscovering ourselves from infinite points of view.

You also mentioned humor in another post, and I wanted to mention that I cant even imagine existence without humor. I laugh everyday and to me this goes hand in hand with joy. I look for these funny shows and movies, read jokes, communicate with people that make jokes and laugh a lot. I feel there is a special frequency associated with the state of humor.... oh, and if any ETs plan to make mass contact with us, they better have a sense of humor because I wont have some dry, smarty pants thing hang around me lol.

Tides, you are right, there are many layers that we have "dressed" ourselves with. The perception of the One is experiencing ALL THAT IS in a single moment, a timeless moment that contains the infinite experiences of infinite layers of infinite individualized spirits.  But aside from that highest level of perception, individualized experiences will always have some layers in order to focus on specific isolated experiences. The lower the vibration, the more layers we put on and the more illusionary  separation we experience. Even awareness of the whole is restricted. It's not like it doesn't exist, just the layers we are wearing blocks the awareness of the whole. But even with layers and segregated awareness (one experienced perceived at a time), we are still multidimensional beings in that timeless, infinite moment of existent, and we get glimpses of it by experiencing dreams, APs, shared non-physical experiences. The possibilities are truly infinite. The particulars about you and Casey perhaps only you two are able to explain. If you meditate and ask, most likely the first thoughts that come in mind would be your answer. Don't try to analyze too hard, just see what your strongest intuition would present. And sometimes words and terms just can not describe something that is higher than the physical reality, kit can only be felt, but that is good enough. WE are not meant to know everything from analytical stand point while wearing so many layers. And even when we shed some layers during dreams, meditation, APs, upon re-entry and putting on the coats again when we snap back here, the translation of these experiences may be obscured to a degree from from the filters. Just enjoy, and maybe leave some mystery, because the mystery of it all gives us that drive and excitement to keep discovering.

In my view, you and Casey connected just like a telepathic connection would occur. You shifted into the same frequency location, you both have recollection of the experience, but upon awakening perhaps each of you translated the experience through the lenses of your own personas, thus appearing slightly different.
I think shifting from non-physical back to physical leaves a big chunk of experience unprocessed by our brains. If we are strictly left without a physical vehicle, I believe the experiences will be a lot more synchronized and without that much symbolism.

Tides, you raise an interesting point. Yes everything is real, but to the individual who perceives it within their version of reality with their versions of you they are encountering. But these different versions of you are not the NOW you, so they are not this fragment of you in a way. The same applies in the physical reality. Lets imagine you and I are sitting in the same room in this physical, watching a movie. I bet each of us will have different feelings or level of feelings while watching, so although we are seeing the same motion picture, we are perceiving two different realities and points of view based on our believes. In a way, each of us is within a different reality although we observe sharing the same space. A flower to me may look so beautiful and breathtaking, I may perceive its colors very vibrant, but if you have no interest in flowers, by looking at the same thing your physical senses wont even register the vibrant color and you may perceive it as dull.

I've had shared non-physical experiences with my sister on several occasions and when the circumstances were similar, each of us reported slightly different perceptions.

The most recent experience reported by someone I know was a dream he had about me and he was convinced I felt it. He started describing the dream and I said ewwww stop, I don't want to hear it. This was not this me for sure and I had no dream recollection that night. I felt kind of invaded when he told me because I have no interest going out with him and his description of the experience triggered unpleasant emotional reaction.

The "little" Is we perceive as being who we are is but just one of the infinite perceptions, each from a different point of view. Having the perception of being "little" at first actually brings a lot greater joy when we discover how much bigger we are. The point of placing all of these filters to create the illusion that we are small is to have the incredible opportunity to experience the magic and thrill when we rediscover ourselves.

Adrian, yes many teachers have said the same thing, just using different words, but the meaning has always been the same. Now, how each person interprets the meaning, this is a different issue. The fear of hell, the fear of God, the fear of the unknown, giving our powers to one person or entity only not realizing that we are all powerful and when we pray, we actually pray to ourselves, because only we create our reality with the power of the One, because we are the One. But fear, power, greed, control have obstructed this great wisdom. But I do see signs of the awakening, and you are right, it's already here. The snowball effect is in progress.

I came across this from Dolores Cannon page on FB and I felt instant expansion and increased joy just from the fact that I exist. "You are not just a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean within a drop".
I follow many spiritual pages on FB and every time I open my feed, I see so many inspirational quotes, beautiful pictures, motivational videos. It gets my mind to spike (raise vibration) often. Find your inspirations and focus on them throughout the day, because we can become lost in the daily routines that dull our vibrational level. Some people dont like social media, but it depends what do you search there. I search for beautiful nature, funny animals, winter wonderland, castles, healthy eating, amazing places around the world, travel, spirituality, and all I see there is beauty and inspirations that resonate with who I am. I don't see anything else because I don't focus or search for anything else. If I come across stupid posts (very rarely) I bypass them, acknowledge that the people involved have chosen to go this rout to learn and it does not bother me one bit.

Last night's vivid dream was one of a kind. I have never encountered the Jesus entity or a representation before in APs nor dreams, maybe because I never asked for it. But I do believe Jesus was a great teacher and tried to tell people about spirituality. Unfortunately in this line of reality he was misunderstood and his teachings misinterpreted. He never wanted followers, he wanted people to become like him because he was connected to the divine without many filters.
Anyway, last night I found myself sitting in a chair and in front of me was Jesus. He took the appearance of the actor who plays Jesus on "The Chosen". However, I did not address him as the actor but as the Jesus personality. It was strange because he started cleaning and repairing my teeth and I said "Oh so you are my dentist now lol". In the physical my teeth are fine, but I guess this was something symbolic. He also started combing my hair. Then he said " you need to change your wardrobe as well to match the fashion of who you are becoming". Then he pulled out a card and said "Here is my business card" and handed to me. I dont remember what was the text on the card. I tried to read it but before I could I woke up.

Perspective from Bashar, and also being expressed along the same lines by many popular authors such as Seth, Dolores Cannon, all AP book writers, etc. I myself have questioned it through my own challenges and my willingness to listen has led me to the answers and to the realization of my own growth.

T How fascinating this concept (new to me) about simultaneous dreams, something that Tides has described a lot, I had never read anything similar. Have you searched for more information about it or why it happens? Does this happen to you very often or is it an isolated phenomenon?

Hi Tak, I've always has "theoretical" understanding of simultaneous perception through knowing and downloads, but have never until that night experienced it first hand. Typically these experiences occur in the non-physical where our physical filter are removed to some degree. In my view this is how the oversoul perceives. All of its fragmented personalities and their infinite versions all at once, simultaneously. And it makes complete sense to the oversoul. I believe while each fragmented personality experiences their limited reality it will be very confusing if they experience anything like this. For example if I am to experience right now while awake here another personality of my oversoul, I will probably get scared, act irrationally and be labeled schizophrenic. My physical brain will not be able to translate the experience to make sense. But on a higher vibratory level it makes total sense and we are able to. When I experienced the 2 stories simultaneously I was no longer thinking only as MVB (my name initials in this reality). I was thinking both as MVB and that other personality, not in a separate but synchronized manner, but at the same time I knew each of their distinguished experiences and personality trait and I knew that each of them was me. But I perceived the me as something more. In the same manner ALL THAT IS (God) perceives itself as all characters and everything ever in existence with all of their experiences simultaneously. In my view God is the only point of view where time does not exist. Everything exists now. But all other fragmentations like oversouls and down to personalities do experience time and space in order to create continuity in a form of stories. So, time does not exist on the largest of scale of existence, but the concept of time is implemented and experienced by fragmented spirits to be able to create and perceive stories. The stories enable learning.
So, bottom line, experiencing multiple characters and stories simultaneously is a very natural thing and an attribute to every spirit, but within the densest of frequencies filters are placed to prevent that perception for obvious reasons. Each point of consciousness regardless of variations of perceptions is a part of ALL THAT IS and exists within it already, regardless if they may experience separation at times and inability to perceive it all. Every point of consciousness has the ability to perceive itself as God in its complete sense, not just as a "part", because when we remove all filters, we find ourselves to be God because there is no separation on that level, no parts, just ONE homogenous thing.
You can try asking before bed for you to experience this during dreaming, or during APs you can give a command and see what happens.

Yes, totally! While I was watching them take off with the rocket, the scenes of Earth from space, I was thinking "OMG, I experienced and felt that just last night. It's so fresh in my mind"

I just finished watching Interstellar! So much suspense and unpredictability, which I like. Very trippy towards the end. Overall, extremely well made! Now, I don't know what to expect from my dream adventures lol, as the movie contained so many interesting and unusual elements that are now stuck in my mind.

hi Tides, I haven't seen Interstellar, but I will add it to my watch list and watch it tonight. Dungeons and Dragons is very adventurous and well made. I love it! It's free with Amazon Prime for those who have it.

Last night was one of those wild dream marathons. Possibly my mind was influenced by watching the movie Dungeons and Dragons before bed haha. My dream was endless quest jumping dimensions and going into space.
Me and a few other people who I don't recognize from waking life were tasked to find a baby from a specific version of Earth in terms of dimension and take that baby to another Earth version dimension, because that baby when grows up saves one dimension but destroys another and we had to swap it because the opposite corrections were needed for each dimension. I dont know if that makes any sense to you haha. we used a machine to travel through dimensions that looked like a flying motorcycle. We reached one of the dimensions and went into a dark village. One of the people who were with me found the baby. I asked "is that the right baby" and she said "I know who this baby will be".
But simultaneously with this another scenario was playing, like I was experiencing two realities at the same time and being two different people at the same time without being confused. I have never perceived anything like this before. so I was having two dreams as different character and different scenarios but overlapping within my mind. IN the second scenario I was asked to go to the International Space Station to observe something. I agreed but was concerned that the rocket was very primitive. I agreed though and had the whole experience as an astronaut, taking off, flying though space with the rocket, being in the ISS, space walking with a suit, and then returning back to Eath with the capsule. I really feel now in waking state like I am an astronaut haha and know all about it.

I not only consider that having a negative view of the world is now a limiting factor for the development of the Non-Physical experiences, but for daily life, since these bring quite devastating emotions

This is absolutely true!
Regarding what is our purpose. In my view this is the simplest thing. Our purpose is to CREATE a purpose. What do you want to create while experiencing this reality? Who do you want to be? How does the best version of you would behave and react to challenges? Go ahead and start behaving like this version that you want to be and then your reflection on the outside world in form of experiences will align accordingly.
