Congratulations! You will probably feel that its better to put some energy on this matter and live and feel good, then to not care and feel crap each day. Myself I'm a vegetarian, or sort of (not entirely) but I think about that stuff pretty often, and I work out.
I had heart palpitations for 3 - 4 years every day (give or take a few) due to severe anxiety. I was smoking and drinking to much coffee. I was also unhappilly in love with someone.
Its amazing what one can endure when one lives in the "wrong" way. I hope you will feel better and better every day. Cheers!

Totally aggree with Xanth here as I was doing affirmations alot before and they didn't work at all. They did nothing for me. Later I realized that I had autonomically repeated teh same affirmations like 30 times each day with out any real intent. I believed I had intent, but I didn't after all. You can feel true intent, like you know its true. I can honestly say I never repeated any affirmation with true intent. Perhaps I should start trying.

Well IMO it was an astral projection, from which you downloaded a part of the memory from. Hence you remember only small parts of it. We all project each night, knowingly or unknowingly when we wake up.

I can also put my hand up for binaruals and hemisync and such, that they sometimes can cause a certain drowsiness for up to 30 minutes after use. After regular meditation I'm not tired, I'm rather in a state of calm. often I'm in some kind of no-mind state that must be the result of having been focusing elsewhere and then returning to the physical. This null-state, that I call it, feels as if my mind is kind of blank or very unconcerned about things that I normally would have an opinion about.
Does this sound familiar to you?

Szaxx: Can you post a technique or something about what to do to keep the mind active? I'm thinking about what lionheart wrote (counting, imagining a scenario etc.). What else is there? Does it have to be connected with AP/OOBE at all, or is it just about keeping the midn active enough to "slip through"?

Much appreciated

Either I visualize somethig, try to focus on that, or I train noticing, focusing on my earhiss.
#7
There is also robed characters/figures which many meets during their travels or dreams. I myself have meet them.
#8
Question is why "The unknown" take the same appearence for many/all people. Its almost as if this is programed into universal consciousness.

Xanth, if you ordered it from the net. How was teh delivery time, short, long? I'm in Sweden and have thought about ordering it.

Vibrations + Dream + Memories (2013-01-10 )

I was semi consciouss when I woke up in the middle of the night in the vibrational state. It feels as a dream although many elements feel very real and not dream like at all. From the vibrational state I remember thinking that perhaps I can get somewhere this time and not just fall asleep again. I then felt the vibrations increase and got finer but much more intense, the sound of it also increased and I felt what seemed to be an incredible speed forward. It then cooled and I thought it was lost but then I felt my astral hands reaching out and touching eachother and I sat up and imidiately tried to get away from the bed.
The next part felt a bit confusing because there were many elements that didn't fit with the physical, hence why I think it was either a lucid dream or a dream. I had to move away from my physical body as I couldn't se at all. It appeared that I had a beuty mask on my head and it cleared away from my vision as I got a little angry and firmly shouted "VISION NOW". When it cleared I was eager to get further away from my physical body as I knew that had to be done to gain clarity. I  looked for a window and thought that it finally would be amazing to try and walk through it, and before that I touched a bookshelf (which we don't have) and thought that it was amazing how real it all felt. I got to the veranda door and touched the glas. It was firm and  solid as real glas, but I thought that I just gotta know I'm able to step through it. And so I did and felt the structure and texture of the glas. I was so happy to finally do this.
I jumped on to a lawn with frost on it. I felt the crisp feel of frosty gras undermy bare feet. I think I was naked to but that didn't seem to bother me. I knew I had to return soon as I would have no memory of the experience afterwards otherwize so I just wanted to try to fly first. Just a tiny bit.
At first I didn't move but after putting real thought into it I took of. First slowly and then with insanelly fast speed, lightspeed and faster. I went very very far into space in almost no time at all. There was dustclouds and other blueish cloud like substanses where I was. I was very happy to have been able to do this. The space I was watching seemed to be morphing in different shapes and thats where I think I ended it, waking up in my physical a bit confused.

Thoughts:
Many elements in this experience makes it hard to know if it was a dream or a lucid dream or something else. For one we don't have a bookshelf, we don't have a lawn outside, and the apartment and the surrounding environment outside looked nothing of what it does in real life. Totally different layout. It could be a memory from an astral travel, but I'm more in tune with the idea of that it was a lucid dream memory. The vibrations felt very real though. Its as if certain parts of this memory feels more real than others. Perhaps thats a side effect of me not having experienced this kind of adventure before. Also the dream is very streamlined and goes from point to point when in my normal dreams its very random and events can unfold in and between eachother. This really felt like I was conscious at some point and experienced something from A - Z so to speak.

As I was going to meditate yesterday I thought I'd try to implement the violet flame in my session. I tried a relaxation technique written by NoY here on the forum. On the breath-in bright light raising up from the base (feet) to the top of my head, and on the breath-out violet fire burning through my body from the top of my head to the base. I did this for 10 minutes and I got into a very very relaxed state physically and mentally. Also before going to sleep I tried the whole body burning method, and I had a very vivid dream/memory from an AP this night. Interesting.

Thisis really interesting. This should be viewed more times. Hence I'm posting! :)

Very nice video. Never seen that footage. I'm always amazed when i see new stuff like this. I'v actually seen UFO's two times in my life as well. Never thought much about it as it was so wierd (or perhaps even normal).
Both times they were like lightbulbs in teh sky, turned on and teh accelerating to an incredible speed and disapeared, uppwards (away from gravity).
#14
I think that depends on whehter you are swaying from beeing out of teh bidy, or beeing in deep trance. My body have swayed alot in deep trance states and then I'm still "in" my body.
#15
Well, to me it sounds liek a state of trance.
My guess it was a symptom of beeing in trance. What other symptoms did you have, if any? Were your body numb? Did you hear any noises? What was your state of mind like?
#16
Thx for the info Debeekin :)

@Xanth:
Hmm, are you sure about that the binaurals does nothing at all? I have been tought that they (especially Hemi-sync) affects the physical brainwaves directly, hence we do not entirely alter it just by intent. I thought that the helped us by playing certain sound that directly influences our brainwave patterns. I know this takes intent to let it work as it should, but even so I wonder. Perhaps I have understood that wrong.
Correct me here if you know more, its an interesting subject.
#18
Haha M4RTIN! Do you project without them now? :)

I wrote this in another thread here about tunnelexperiences but anyway, I ended up in space aka. "The Void". It felt like space, but I don't think it was. Rather it was what Tom Campbell calls "No Mind", a place where you can "home in" or phase into other realities/systems.
But at least I first thought that I was in space, and it was really cool. I didn't percieve that I had a body, I was just conscious there. When I saw several Earth's, thats when I lost it and returned.
I'd like to experience real space though, to fly some or home in on a star perhaps and try to reach it somehow.
#20
This space I ended up in is what I believe Tom Campbell calls the place of "No Mind", or what I and many others call "The Void". apparently a place where you can "phase" to other realities/systems or something like that. There is some rumours going on that this place is where the name Astral Projection was born from.
#21
Word.
It is our own individual experience. And it is real to everyone of us. Our expriences are colored by, for example, beliefs to make the experience make sence to us.
#22
I had a tunnelexperience once. It was pretty cool even though I was damn confused at the time. You can read about it here if you like:

http://www.astraldynamics.com.au/showthread.php?13976-Sirius-Spontaneous-OBE-or-something-like-that

I have no clear view on what tunnels are, but I guess its some kind of area of transition between this reality and another. Why it is a tunnel I dunno, a guess is that its just programmed to be like this, the universal consciousness maked it so.

40. Thread Under The Chin ( 2012-12-17 )

I dreamt of pulling a straw of beard from my chin, and to my surprise it was a piece of long grey thread which was stuck under my skin at different locations under my chin. I showed it to my girlfriend and we both thought it was somewhat macabre or discusting pulling a thread out of the skin. In this dream I watched myself pulling the thread out so it was a third person perspecitve.

Keywords:

- Beard: outgrowth of hair, a masculine attribute/feature, always comes back

- Grey: dull color, a lifeless color, between black and white (balance between), boring

- Thread: symbolizes a line/path/start - end, can tie things together, fate

- Chin: a masculine form, an area of the face not commonly noticed

Conclusion:

The feeling I get when trying to interpret this dream is that I either have found, or must find, a balance in my masculinity. To balance the male qualities in myself is apparently important. I find that I have alot of feminine features in my personality, like all the artistic interests and how I am emotionally.
Do I have a problem beeing more of a man that I naturally am? This is perhaps the thing I need to think about, and the answer to that, I believe, is that sometimes I think I need to express qualities that is not truly me. And those qualities could be masculine.
I get a feeling that I need to stay true to myself and find the balance in my personality regarding my masculine qualities.

41. Down The Water Slide ( 2012-12-17 )

I was at a amusement park with lots of bathing areas and water in it. I feel that the theme of the park was water. There was a big slide which I felt was one of the highest ever (not in the world but probably one of the highest/longest I'v seen), and I wanted to ride it. I felt kind of adventurous in this dream and most of the dream was experienced from a first person perspective. The slide was light blue.
I watched some kid going down the slide and he stuck to the slide with his pants so that he went very slow downwards and I worried that I wouldn't get enough speed. I also worried that if I got enough speed, I would fall off the slide. I continued to climb the stairs to the top floor where the slide started, it was on floor 10 and went all the way down to floor 1. When I reached the top I jumped into the slide and rode it all the way down and landed in the water. I said something to my friend who was at the bottom but I can't remember what exactly, but the feeling in the conversation was that of worry combined with relief. I guess it was a feeling of beeing safe having gotten all the way down and that it wasn't as dangerous as I first thought.

Keywords:

- Amusement park: playing ground, area of amusement, place to have fun, place to not be all serious in

- Water: emotions, life, flow, waves (patterns/frequencies)

- Slide: a downward motion, a linear path/direction with twists and turns, a way of traveling forward/downwards

- Light blue: a clear sky, throat chakra, clear water, turquoise (stone), calmness, happiness, warmth, spiritual

Conclusion:

The theme here is emotions, since the place I'm at is a place of emotions of different forms/patterns. The slide seems to symbolize a path in life that I can choose to take if I want, but in the dream I wanted it. Its a kind of joyride, a fun ride with many twists and turns which indeed life is. This slide is situated in this place of emotions which tells me that the slide has to do with the theme itself, it is to take a ride in emotions. In the dream I worry that I won't get enough speed or that I could fall of and that is pretty self explanatory to me. It's the fear of loosing myself emotionally, as in getting depressed, not having the energy to stay with something or that things will be to hard emotionally for me to bare.
The slide started at the highest emotional peak and stopped at the lowest emotional place and thats because the slide represents the entire spectrum of emotions. As I wrote before, its a fun ride and it should be. It is emotional experience being gained by riding it. The slide has the color of light blue which tells me that it has a spiritual meanig to it, but also that it is a slide I shouldn't be worried about riding. It has the color of a clear sky, or of clear water in the mediterranean which is very soothing and calming.
This dream tells me that I shouldn't be afraid of emotions in the sense that they can do me harm or be bad for me, I should enjoy the ride and the experience it gives me. I should ride the waves of emotions in life and take in all the experience it gives me. Don't hate the emotions, instead welcome them and learn from them. Don't be to hard on yourself when getting angry or sad.
Its nice to see that I confront fears in my dreamstate.

Thing is the only energy stimulation I do is chakra stimulation and that is on all chakras. So I don't have a favourite chakra that I stimulate more than the others.
Stookie, your guesses are as good as mine then but it makes sence. I would guess an imbalance working itself out or it having to do with me going to the gym. If its kundalini related, well.. then thats highly interesting :) We'll see!

Hes great IMO, but if he could use the simple wording like say.. William Buhlman, that would be great. (PS. English is not my native language).
