Messages - Volgerle

I think I never read that Bedekin thread, thanks, will check it out.

Yeah, I got my first success with Buhlman's book, so maybe I got it from there then too.

And I remember the 'etheric' technique also from Buhlman's book well with going around in your room and touching things described there. I could give this another shot again although then I might have an etheric instead of astral projection. This was indeed the case back then in 2009 when I projected etherically into my room and flew to the ceiling, looked down on my physical body and then just went back again.

It was a 'heavy' experience I love to remember.

Quote from: Lumaza on November 15, 2019, 22:31:22Now to the techniques. Bedeekin's "pre nap" technique that Volgerle spoke about above works very good. But only for a few times. After a few times, your system gets used to it and for some reason it doesn't work anymore. I find that many times techniques you do will only work for so long before you are forced to find another way or another focus target. Other people here on this Forum have found that to be true as well.

I agree that every technique/method wears off after a while or does hardly work at all. This is why I am always somehow a 'beginner' again trying other and new methods that hold up for me at least for a while. So far have not found the 'perfect' one but maybe it does not even exist at all (for me).

However, I don't see Wake-Back-To-Bed as a technique. I also was not aware of former Pulse member Bedekin posting it as 'Pre-nap' but rather referred it to Albert Taylor's book "Soul Traveler" because he coined that very name iirc. I suppose Bedekin also got it from him somehow.

I see WBTB as a strategy especially suitable for beginners, that is why I always recommend it to them and as said: to myself when I reboot my 'AP career' after a long dry period because it really is the one that seems promising to get your 'first' OBE despite the fact that it all wears off again later on. And honestly, so far it seems the only thing working for me after all.  :|

WBTB is thus not a technique for me but more of a done preset / priming / preparation strategy regarding the timing of when you do it. (Lumaza, that's a bit similar to your strategy of 'soak sessions' when you let in the water for the bathtub). Techniques is what follows then for induction and 'exit' when you lay down again (which in your case would e.g. be energy work and/or your Doorway phasing method combined).

But okay, hey, I'm a nitpicking nerd, I guess you know that already.
:-D

I feel like working with my spirit or higher self would be better.
Sounds good to me. I do it most of the time.

Quote from: MarsZM on November 15, 2019, 18:48:12Are guides just my higher self taking different forms?
Seems possible or even highly likely to me.

So my main problem is I don't really know what to do after I relax. I can't seem to reach the vibrational stage where I feel any vibrations in my body no matter what I do! At least that's how I feel. Do you have any tips? Should I choose one way (only affirmations for example) or mix them? It's like laying on the floor totally relaxed waiting for anything to happen but nothing happens. :(

Hi Max,

First of all, what I was taught by a guide once in a 'cut-the-crap'-lesson (as I later called it) is the fact that you do not need to wait for vibrations. That is what most beginners think. You might already be earlier in sleep paralysis (mind awake body asleep) state and thus be able to 'climb' or 'roll' or 'phase/teleport' out to an astral scenery or your bedroom (or an overlaying astral version probably) without experiencing symptoms like vibes.

During that teaching the nonphysical guide was actually laughing at me a little when I was lying there and waiting, before she then just grabbed me by my (astral) wrists/arms and dragged me out/up. I had these helpers quite a lot in my early times of learning AP (about 2009-2011) but later I was all alone. So I am now.

So maybe, as a AP beginner, you could ask for a 'helping hand' from your guides if you dare so. Normally they should hear you.

Since during exit phases you most likely are in the Dark / Void you might not see them first or not even afterwards since they can stay invisible to you later on, but you need just mentally ask for being helped and it might work.

On the other hand, well, I know many don't like or trust this method since you do not know what or who is really grabbing you then. And I understand that, it takes a bit of courage and trust that the helper will be there.

Anyway, still the lesson is valid: do not necessarily wait for any 'vibes' or other symptoms but try it first alone to get up/out or phase.

Another tip would be the time of day. You say you also tried in the morning a few times when you try it but it is not clear to me after how many hours of sleep. Also in the evening, did you sleep before trying to induce AP?

Many (also here) have had their first and then also constant success with the so-called WAKE-BACK-TO-BED technique (although it is better called a strategy than a technique):

Try sleeping (normally!) for 3 or 4 hours, then get up for a little while, some even stay up for half an hour but I do not find this necessary, for me I use my usual bathroom bladder emptying break at night and go straight back to my place of rest.

Then you are in a right physical state and somewhat 'primed' for success because too sleepy is not good and too awake also might rather make you fail. Use your alarm clock if you do not automatically awake after 3-4 hours of sleep and then give it a try. Lay back on your back after your short (bathroom) break and try whatever method suits best for you.

Has anyone been able to obtain verifiable information from Akashic Records?

Thanks

I question the Akashic (or whatever it is) via the Void state and a simple yes/no (green/red swirls/colours, plus some occasional sound and imagery too) protocol and have received numerous verifiable and trustworthy info bits (often also in pieces to be put together as a whole via several sessions), well, at least in my view, LOL.

I know this is not really 'exciting' for many people but for me indeed the excitement lies in the fact of trustworthiness as opposed to many other infos we get during the more exciting 'normal' projections or methods like channelling, divination, hypnosis, remote viewing, mediumship etc.

Just my opinion formed in many experiments with/in The Void - and thus based on personal experience. Check if you like my "The Void" article also on this forum (warning: it's quite long).

I am interested to know if the practice of astral projection could cause in some persons´ daily eartly life mental or phisical problems derived from some kind of dissociation from daily reality, for example causing at some point involuntary out of body experiences, making losing control of acts.

Thanks
For me this puts the cart before the horse.

Vice versa seems more common to me. People with mental issues or diseases (whatever the source really is) have often access to 'other realities' simultaneously and cannot distinguish and if necessary disconnect and be 'grounded' in 3D physical life anymore or enough.

So it is not that you actually 'practice' it by starting out as a beginner/adept with a sound mind and get mental but you are already in a state where it would be advisable not to try astral projection.

We had similar threads here of newbies asking if it is recommendable to learn AP when you have this or that (depression, schizophrenia, borderline, anxiety disorder, whatever) and normally the advice given is to not do it at all but settle all your issues first and then do it with a sound mind and body state.

Hello All!
I am new here and I want to say that I am very pleased to meet you and find a forum dealing with Out of Body experiences and Astral Projection, with people sharing knowledge.
My first post here is about one of the astral subjects I am more interested in: the possibility of verification of astral projections.
Have you verified some of these experiences, or have you got some information, or known some entities about whose reality and accuracy you could be certain?

I am very interested in all your experiences.

Thanks

We have a very old thread on here, but please read this link to a verification collection which is even better:

Inspiring as always, dear Lumaza. I also watched the Leland talks and probably saw it already but I feel motivated to watch this one again now. Also I like your door method with Focus 27 on it, will give it a try in the coming nights/sessions, too. I already had the intent to go to this area again (esp. the reception centre for the helping work) but so far failed recently. It's been years since I have been there (library, healing temple), so I still know what if feels like. Gosh, I miss it.

You are also right that one has to be committed and more adamant with the affirmations. I haven't been either because I had other 'issues' and my affirmations were directed at these, even for the night (e.g. self-healing, manifestation of physical life goals, etc.).

I want to continue my retrievals and then also my book on it which I do not write for money or fame purposes but first to inspire others to do/learn AP for retrieval help and secondly honestly because I love (book) writing and especially about these topics. The book was already started since last February and the outline and content seems very promising to me. It will be a combination of two good things for me. Wonder why I ever stopped but I have so many other 'projects' and 'issues' distracting me although the good ones of them are also worth the time. Still, I will get on track again (editing my book in another browser tab as I write this  ).

Thanks for keeping me and others motivated.

Quote from: DarknChildlike on November 09, 2019, 04:52:00I really do want to have my first retrieval episode, should I just continue how I am and be well in heart and mind or should I be pursuing it if it's something I really want.? Should I let it happen when I'm ready I will allow it, or should I focus on looking for someone in agony and despair and try to help the best I can?
Retrieval 'business' is (also) organized from the other side because non-physical helpers / retrievers usually guide the process. That is why I call the job we do from our side as astral projectors work as 'retrieval helpers' (or even 'retriever helpers' since we help not just the retrievees but the non-physical retrievers). Therefore you could do the following: Ask the retrievers to 'enrol' you in the program.
I did this via prayer, affirmations, mental shout-outs before sleep. What I then got at first over the course of some days/weeks was some very clear signs in dreams and as synchronicities in waking life that showed me that I was 'accepted'. These were very unmistakable messages and even quite astounding ones I can say. Then I really had two retrieval experiences. That was in February. None after that but that was not due to 'exmatriculation' from my part but rather because unfortunately my ability to project has vanished again due to the usual dry period in connection with heavy physical life issues. So I recommend to do the affirmations then wait for these signs and then you will know your application has been 'accepted' and you are 'enrolled'.

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: Silence
October 29, 2019, 12:10:20
I prefer to call 'silence' actually 'stillness'.

Being 'still' for me also includes motion (including commotion), not just sound. It is the reconnection to the true self, the observer behind the moving thoughts of the monkey mind and the moving soundwaves and other sense impressions (sight/lightwaves, taste, smell, tactile etc.) of the external 3D world.

Stillness is part of the true reality for me.

A most recent one was as a woman in France called Sinera by first name in the 17th century. I know quite some facts about her but still miss some important ones (e.g. the last name or exact city, but I know the area).

Another life (before that) was in a very small Ecuadorian village called Punin. As an "Indio" (indigenous), maybe even a shaman, because I looked like that as a grown up, but it is not sure. Which era I don't know either.

Impressions from Punin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBHrUrEq3iE

I always liked Spanish in school and university but I might have spoken the indigenous language too if it was long ago. Not sure.

Then there's Egypt. Always fascinated by it like I am by all of ancient (and lost / alternative) Earth history.

I was told by my Higher Self and shown on a stone tablet that I had a life there in ancient times, one where I was a couple with another HS aspect/incarnation of mine and "we" brought some 'light' ('knowledge') or 'culture' there. Some connection to pyramids was shown too. Maybe it was even pre-Egyptian time, at least pre-dynastic. Once the date 3775 BC was given to me.

There was also a slight hint to Atlantis (would of course also be pre-Egyptian then) via synchronicity but not more.

All of this was found out via projections.

Are all nightmares, in fact, healing opportunities?

Thanks Escape Velocity. I think this a great question and think you wouldn't mind my asking it here.
So, what do the rest of you think?

Not just healing but also learning opportunities. My last nightmare is ages back and I do not even remember it anymore, but I have lots of dreams that are 'unpleasant' to me, at least when I remember some of it, and it shows that it is problem-solving related or deals with a problem or question in my life, I remember the adage: "A dream is never really an answer but a question!" and this somehow seems to be true to some degree. Not that also answers or solutions are given or found in/by dreams, but it is often your own making or your own choice among other choices that is presented to you.

1st – 3rd density corresponds with Focus 1 Physical Realm & Focus 2 Dream Realm [singular consciousness level; development related to physical experience; being, movement, self-awareness]
Void / 3D Blackness – door to astral planes and beyond
4th – 6th density corresponds with Focus 3 Astral Realm [collective consensus level; development related to social experience; love/understanding, light/wisdom, unity/balance]. Where we begin to merge with one another becoming social memory complexes (i.e. "angels") and learn to "settle" into one another more and more to achieve perfect balance.
7th density corresponds with Focus 4 Divine Realm [Gateway/Our Goal]. Where social memory complexes begin to merge with The Divine.

The density in which we "live" = our Primary Focus. But we can "visit" other densities by shifting our focus. (Our primary focus remains where it is while we "live" there even while we visit other densities through shifting focus temporarily)
For example, as long as we have a physical body, our *Primary Focus* is Focus 1 which corresponds to 3rd Density. After our body dies, our *Primary Focus* transitions to Focus 3 (unless we must reincarnate into another 3rd density) which corresponds to 4th Density. Our *Primary Focus* remains in Focus 3 throughout 4th through 6th Density. After we learn all the lessons of those Densities, our *Primary Focus* transitions to Focus 4 which corresponds to 7th Density. (Perhaps this is when our astral body "dies" or is no longer needed at all.)

Very interesting, thanks for posting this. I remember the Ra material mostly from what I read about ancient Earth history and Mars because it interested me back then.

Interesting to ponder: Is the Ra material (model) the only and first one who mentions "densities" instead of planes, focus levels or dimensions or whatever or was it just adopted from earlier models/material by the Ra channellers who had to translate what they received in their mind into earthly concepts and language. So all this new age "ascencion to 5D" talk would originate from the Ra material? Just wondering.

You mention you had an astral body in dream(state). Was that during a lucid dream? Or was that when you projected into Focus 2 without falling asleep?
Not just lucid dreams. Dreams in general.

Quote from: Lighthouse4 on September 11, 2019, 18:03:46
What are the differences in sensations between lucid dreaming (which is still dreamlike and you don't "feel" your body) and astral projection into Focus 2 (dreamworld / subconscious area) where we do our lucid dreaming? I'm wondering if one "feels" their astral body in Focus 2 like one does in Focus 3. As I understand it, the astral body feels quite real in Focus 1 and Focus 3. That our astral body feels very much like our physical bodies do in our physical world now. Wondering about Focus 2, though, as it's a "dream reality" where our actual dreams (both lucid and unconscious) take place.

I'm assuming one "feels" their astral body in Focus 2, otherwise I'm not sure how one would tell the difference between lucid dreaming and projection into Focus 2. Hence s projection is by definition (for me) the projecting of your mind away from your physical F1 body out into 'mindscapes' of all different levels. (As said, it is my definition).

Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help! :-)

I also had cases in dream(state) where I felt something physical and had an 'astral body' that reacted to it although some things might filter down to your actual physical body (in F1).

I also believe that dream(state)s take place in F2 but for me even dreams is a 'projection' - a rather unconscious one, when we talk about projections we normally mean controlled and conscious ones which I believe are possible into all focus levels (F2,F3 and F4).

Anyway, you ask good questions and it is difficult to provide a solid answer that is why I did not react at first because I (and I assume no one here) can answer it 100% satisfactorily. It is all subjective experience, too, of course.

I greatly appreciate the comments on my post and would be happy to work up a proper generic version for a sticky, but I could use some advice. After all, this is a perspective that I have evolved over fifty years and it feels like fairly common knowledge to me (but I do realize that this may be very particular to my development path). I appreciate that certain aspects may be new for some, but I would like some comments on just what parts of it are particularly interesting or what ideas might be expanded upon given a broader summary that I might explore.

Thoughts?

In a sticky usually you leave out the more 'personal' parts. For me it is not 'new' since I share a lot of this view, so of course it is easier for me and nothing to 'digest'.
Certainly a reference to Leland's writing and his linking of body <--> plane attainment/development during the personal evolutionary process would be useful taken as the common thread running through it while describing the levels/realities/planes (e.g. BST) and their particulars.

My 1.5 cents.

The Internet has become more of a comment platform rather than a place for sharing valuable information in a categorized and organized fashion.   I have a Facebook account but I never use it and I can't even remember the last time I've been to my page.  I tried to get into it a few times in the beginning, but I could and still just can't get into that style of writing.
So true. Exactly the same for me. I've been there and still have an account and even created a page about AP books. However, honestly I can't get anything useful or practical out of Fakebook anymore.

can you make a sticky thread with your post copied there because I concur that it is very precious info. Maybe titled something like 'progressing/evolving through the levels&bodies in NPMR' or similar? It's a great post really, thank you for that. And yes, I also love Leland's writings.

Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / Re: THE GRID
August 24, 2019, 20:30:39
It could be part of the travel system connecting realities.

I also see black and grey mostly but it all is more like a 'smoke' and constanly moving. Sometimes like a galaxy swirling.

See also the stickied Void article in this forum for more descriptions by projectors all over the place.

Once I discovered the Grid also from within a (more malleable ... haha, here we go again ...) F2-reality. I posted it in my journal back then. For convencience, here's a copy:

Quote10/May/2013
The Grid

There was more to this lucidventure but I cut it short. It's just to mention a known phenomenon I encountered for the first time in the astral and can put it on my list of 'haves' now.

I am in my garden and try to lift off from the ground. As many times before, 'astral gravity' holds me down and I can only fly until up to the houses' roof tops or a little higher. I then decide to fly horizontally over the city. I make it a little higher and am right under what seems to be a cloud cover.

I had the idea to test out if I can now get a little higher and indeed I make it into the clouds. Suddenly the vista changes dramatically. I see lines, pixels, some symbols all swirling around me. It does not last long, maybe about 2 seconds or so, and I dive down again into the astral realm. I did not try it a second time.

Comments / Afterthoughts

Are we all really living in The Matrix? Bodies and minds? Seems this way to me.

It was funny how it seemed like I emerged from under water for felt 2-3 seconds, saw the "real" world behind it all, and then dived down again into the simulation of my astral / lucid dreamscape. The "water" experience was pretty malleable and dream-like, that's why I assume that it was my own creational space within the astral, or a dream simulation set up for me?

In this space, there was - amongst other things - also a test where I helped a child who had a flat tyre on her bike. It was also a kind of healing situation supposedly. But due to the instability and malleability of the environment I assume it was a simulation as a training for the 'real thing'. It seems Besh and "Bibi", two of my helpers, are somehow waiting for me to become fit and help them with child retrievals.

And maybe this kind of "simulation" was not intended to be broken free from unexpectedly, even if only for a short moment. I might kind of 'tricked' the creators of this mini-matrix simulation space set up to test me. It seemed like a glitch in the matrix somehow, a crack to escape from the training space. When I dived back down (like going under water) everything was normal again, like before, which I find amazing.

If I'm correctly translating your replies, it seems to be not possible for me to meet my relatives, but only my creations of mind!
Why?!
Those persons were actually solid and interacted with me.
I think I was in Focus 3 and need to dissolve just a doubt about it....
Please, I need the opinion by who of you have direct experience with Focus 2 and 3 and not just a personal opinion without experience....
Thank you.

Mary, it was just a short internal discussion about Focus levels and also a misunderstanding maybe since the language terms we use to describe the nonphysical/astral might have slightly different meanings for some of us (which is fine).

It seems to me that you were in Focus 3 in a stable environment and thus it is highly likely that you met your relatives in my opinion and I assume the others will mostly agree to this.
